My husband did this over and over. And all of it! I finally got to the place where I couldn’t do it anymore. So I left. This I know. I ended up in intensive care with heart failure from the abuse. I enternalized it for too long. Now I’m having a hell of a time coming back. That was over a year ago.

Each time that we fail gives us a reason to push harder and makes us stronger. Mindset yesss! Pushing hard at the gym to reach those goals.!!! It gives you something to strive for, big or small. Everything is a part of the process of growth.
