DX 1000 is priced a bit higher than DX 700. It's probably because of the aesthetic design, 2 suction modes. and increased Pa (16k) :)

Matigas sya talaga lalo na pag bago,, try to twist it counter clockwise then pull up para matanggal yung filter :) madami din akong tries kasi matigas :)

Hello! :) you purchased DX1000, right? The blue one? I’m just pressing the button twice to reach the turbo mode. First press= Turn on/Standard mode, 2nd press = Turbo mode,, 3rd press = Off. You may contact the support for assistance :)

@@thenoobnarrative1541 ok, i also already bought it online today, i hope it will fulfil my needs for cleaning. note for other that want to buy this to be careful when putting it in standing position to the wall it can drop due to it Floor Brush wheel and joint (there are some people who break it because they leave it standing even when put it atop of mat) so you will need nano magic double tape or lock hanger to be safe while in stand position to the wall
@@astrea919 true! i don’t let the vacuum stand on its own. I use Velcro Strap cable tie to make it stand securely. Enjoy your vacuum 😊
