Hello! This is Emory and Michelle. We are big about puzzles and might have more than we can ever finish but that won't stop us from purchasing more. Our dogs like to share our chairs while we puzzle so you might see Typo and Mozart in a few of our videos. They really don't understand that the chair isn't big enough for two spirits, but we make it work.

Getting ready to do a huge puzzle swap with strangers. Going it with another puzzle lover. This should be interesting. Rules: all puzzle pieces have to be there (no missing pieces) and the pieces have to be in baggies.

I thought these swaps were simple. Like if you bring 3 puzzles you pick 3 puzzles to take..Interesting
I think the library swaps are like that but I have only see those rules applied to libraries. I have never done a library trade before. This one was more individual trades so if someone didn't like what you had, they just wouldn't trade unless you offered money for the trade.
Hey Guys, Nice to see you. I saw 1 at 1 of our dollar trees. None of the 500 pc puzzle bugs. Have fun with that one. LOL. Exactly guys. I found 1 500 puzzle bug puzzle on my long ride to Portland Maine. It is a fruit one. It's for summer time, so I won't be doing it until then. The pieces are small oh boy! Great job. TFS & Happy puzzling . 😊😊👍👍❤❤Not all the dollar trees are getting the 500 piece puzzle bug puzzles. Ours isn't.Grr
😓 I hear the Dollar Tree issue! I see so many Dollar Tree hauls and can't find anything at our stores, so I know how sad that is. I'm excited that you found a fruit puzzle! how cute! 😄
Lovely puzzle and lovely to see you both enjoying a brand new puzzle!
I think finding a new puzzle in our stash really surprised us! 🤣
You guys are so cute I love you guys
🥰 thank you for all your support, love! Hope you are having a great week.
Hey guys, lol. Yes lots of purple. That one looks tricky. I just did a 1,000 piece and it was hard as well. But after we complete we are happy it came together. I hear ya guys. Yuck leftover hair! lol bragging. Yup some folks do. Mine took 13 hours and a half. But it was worth it! TFS & 😊👍❤️
I love that you got your puzzle together! So awesome. I used to only grab 1000 piece puzzles, but I've found that I like smaller puzzles too. It kind of breaks it up a little on challenges. I think we've had a few that have been up there in hours too. Happy puzzling my friend! 😄💖
@@thepuzzlecouple3958 Hey Guys, Yes It was fun too! I enjoyed this one. The clouds and grass not so much lol. I am going on a 500 piece, no 1,000 piece for awhile. Hehe. Yes some take longer and it's only me, so there's that. It's fun and that is what it Is suppose to be all about. I haven't done a large puzzle in years, and wanted to see how long It would take me. Well I found out ! LOL. But I loved this one. Thank you my friend and TFW & for your wonderful comments. Have a great weekend guys. 👍👍❤❤😊😊
@@TheSlowPuzzler Congrats on doing the puzzle by yourself! That's amazing! 😄Sometimes my brain just sees so many pieces that I really need someone to organize what I'm seeing, which is so helpful with Emory. I think I'd do terribly if we were in a competition. You rock! 🥰
You are a cute couple! I like barns in puzzles, countryside scenes. Yes it did look challenging. Well done.
😄 Thank you! It was a challenge but fun. I couldn't believe it took so long to complete.
I know you haven’t asked, but if I may, I would like to say that I prefer your ‘natural’ look better, Emory.
😄 I like the natural look too. I'll make sure he knows 2 of us think this.
Emory’s face when Michelle said “this is definitely a picture” priceless😊
😆😅🤣 I saw that too when I was editing the video!
I know the song but can't think what it is. I like older songs myself. 💖
What era do you like your music? 💞 I've been listening to Salsa lately. Makes me really want to move my hips, but I probably need a class on how to dance. 🙈😉
Wow never seen a Gooseberry Patch puzzle. Looks like fun. In like different shapes. That's so nice that both of you enjoy working puzzles. 😊🧩🧩
Yeah, I've never worked a Gooseberry Patch puzzle before. It was a lot of fun. The pieces were interesting.
Hey guys, What’s so funny? It looks fun. Right. I hope you don’t have missing pieces. I prefer no missing pieces lol. Enjoy! I’m old don’t remember the lyrics lol. Yes love the 80’s. A lot happened in the 80’s. Glad you enjoyed it. TFS & 👍😊
I agree! I like the puzzles to have all the pieces. I get a little bummed when a piece is missing. It feels incomplete. I can't sing lyrics right even if the words are right in front of me. I realized I really messed up the lyrics to that song. 😂 Hope you are enjoying your day!
@@thepuzzlecouple3958 Hi, yes. I know right. LOL hey we try. No worries. We have to have fun. I always say" Always Be you! I like you guys, because you both are real people . I hope you had a nice Halloween. I didn't see this comment before. Weird. I usually see all comments when they are posted! MMM. Sorry my reply is so late! 👍👍❤❤
@@TheSlowPuzzler you're so sweet! Thank you so much for your support! It means a lot to us.
I think I got a contact high just watching you guys, lol
😆 Hope you are enjoying your day! 😄
Hey guys, nice to see you. I did my first puzzle swap at our local library. Glad you checked it out. I hope you got a few puzzles with no missing pieces! TFS &😊👍.
I would love to do a library trade! I feel like that would be a little less socially awkward for me, as I'm not as outgoing as I'd like to be and found it a little anxiety inducing to have to approach people and ask if the wanted to trade. 😅
Did you paint the pictures behind you? Beautiful. I signed up for the Facebook swap site and never heard back from them. Sounds like fun. Postage is too expensive. They probably want fancy brands. Sounds like fun. I used to buy a bunch form a lady in Stanton but I think she moved. 😊
We did paint them. So funny you should ask because I just found the photos of us from that night. It was one of those drink parties where you paint and sip. So much fun. Give it a second. Fingers crossed they get back to you pretty soon. There is nothing being traded for October, that I see, so the next one isn't until November. I think you'll like that group, but I don't know how active it is. I don't see a lot of updates besides the puzzle swaps and the competitions. Let me know when you join. I think there are only 70+ people in the group and I'm in there, and I use my own picture so I should be easy to find. 😄
They turned out beautiful.
Love you hair gorgeous
😄 Thank you! It felt like a good choice and boy is it so much easier to take care of.
Glad too see you guys I love you guys very much❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey! We're so glad to see you too! 😄
I’m glad to see you guys again. I love how you had a matching shirt theme in the beginning 😂 You’re so much fun.
Sometimes I think we're surprised too when we get on and our shirts match... I want to be one of those couples with matching jersey shirts
I wish I had known about the OC puzzle swap. You two are so cute and funny. Just subbed. 😊Is there a way to get on a list to get notified when or if they do this again? That Country Store Buffalo you showed, I have worked. Happy puzzling. I recently gave a bunch away free on Craigslist. Cool a poster to color.
Absolutely!!! Please join the Meetup app and look for South OC Puzzle Exchange. The next swap is in November. 😄 Please do the swap at least once. It's so neat and the people are pretty friendly. ☺Happy puzzling!
Yes I think Lars and Amy are married. I kinda prefer Lars’ puzzles 😊
I'm so excited to try one of his. I honestly think this is the first one of his that we have. I'm going to be looking out for more puzzles by him. 😃
Hey guys, lmbo. I did a puzzle swap at my local library. I had fun. I like the country store and the colorful collage.I don’t even have a half a wall lol.I like the Bazar bookshop too! Ya I love dogs too. That’s a cute one. The attic one as well. You got a good variety guys. That pink one oh Lordy! TFS & 👍😊
lol. Yeah. I think a few that I picked up are going to be super hard. I sort of regretted the one with letters on the back. I'm intimidated... 🤣 We'll have to see how easy these are.
You got alot of nice puzzles. I think this trip was a success! Lars Stewart is Aimee's husband, I think. Great video!!
I think this will be my first Lars Stewart puzzle. I'm so excited. I was nervous at first and I thought I wasn't going to get any swapped out and then at the end, I did really good with my haul. 😄
It looks like you got some nice puzzles there. I've thought about creating a puzzle group on Facebook for my area with the goal of eventually having a puzzle swap a couple of times a year. I know a few people who are into puzzles and my local library had a small speed puzzling contest that filled up rather quickly so I think there would be an interest out there. How did the one you went to work? I mean, did each person decide how to swap or was there a general rule?
I'll work on a video that answers some questions so shoot the questions over and I'll add them to my video. This is my first time going, and there are some things I'll do differently, but this was fun! 😄
I really enjoyed seeing all the wonderful puzzles you brought back from the puzzle swap!
This was so new to me that I wish I took a second longer to really look at all the tables, but there were so many puzzles. I would do this again. 😀
I just saw your short where you are at the puzzle swap... I hope in your next video you explain not only what you got, but exactly how it worked.. I cannot find one in my area so I thought I would start one but dont know how..... with more than one person I cant imagine how it all works ... thanks for any info...
I don't know if I explained the whole setup, but I can easily ask the host on the meetup app how she got this started. 😄 If you are going to start one, maybe you should look at being a host on meetup and tell them it's all about puzzles. They meet in parking lots for about 2 hrs. (every month or so). They have a giveaway blanket where people drop the puzzles off that they aren't looking to trade. People put their blankets out in front of their cars and lay out the puzzles. Rule 1) puzzle pieces need to be in ziplock bags within the box. Rule 2) only complete puzzles can be exchanged. I think they go to libraries too to see if they can do a community trade. Please ask and I'll give you the best answers possible. 😄
Hi , I have a stamp that I use on the inside of my puzzle boxes also! 😂 I like to add the date underneath it that I completed the puzzle Happy Puzzling 🧩
That's awesome! We should date it too. What a great idea.😻 Happy puzzling too!!
I also add the time that it took me to complete the puzzle, and a note on how difficult that I found the puzzle.
@@clarkkent7973 what a great idea! 😄
Hello guys do happy to see yall
happy to see you too!
Hey guys, Some of your puzzles look like fun. Some look harder than others. I love the puzzle swapping Idea, and I have found one in my area. I am going to check it out and swap out a puzzle today. I hope you’re able to swap for puzzles you haven’t done yet or shared. TFS & 😊👍
Some of them were pretty hard for us, but the group that we usually share with will tell us they're easy. lol. We know the truth now. Let us know if you had fun at the puzzle swap! I was a little overwhelmed because there were so many cars and so many people. Hope you had fun! 😃
Oh my gosh… your puppy is an absolute angel ❤ You both have such an amazing vibe. You could talk about anything and it would be a joy to watch. Please keep the content rolling. As far as redoing puzzles… I tend to bond with about 80% of the puzzles that I have done lately. If they are fun - I keep them. I’ve found that they are even more fun to do, the more times I assemble them. The other puzzles get re-homed on eBay.
Thank you! You're so sweet! I have a few puzzles that I'm totes in love with. I've kept 3 so far and there is one with missing pieces that I've kept but I have so many. lol. I'm a little nervous about trying my hand at ebay. But that's a great idea to buy puzzles from! I'll have to take a look.
@@thepuzzlecouple3958 eBay is perfect for finding vintage puzzles. For all of us typical introverted puzzlers, eBay works great for buying and selling. However selling can be tricky…. the puzzle needs to have some kind of special quality that makes it stand out. Grouping like puzzles together can also help to reduce the shipping costs.
What fantastic advice! I'll have to see. I've been poking around, not that I need more, but there are some really great puzzles on Ebay! I'm seriously holding back, but I might be shopping here very soon.
The Stand-up Maths channel has a neat video just out: "How can a jigsaw have two distinct solutions?"
That's so cool! Thanks for the suggestion!
I hate puzzles that have no variety in piece shape, and only have standard shape (two in, two out). I recommend staying away from the Cloudberries brand since they have the same issue.
ohh! Thank you for that warning. I'll pass that knowledge along. I'm thinking of clearing out my Bepuzzled puzzles too. 😄
Glad that you posted this. I just gave up on a puzzle this week. Life is too short!!!!
Yeah, I hate to say it, but I'm ready to do a major cleaning and get rid of a few that I don't think will be as fun as I originally thought. 😆
Hey guys, glad you’re feeling better. Well that’s a cute one. I haven’t tried a Buffalo puzzle yet. I will eventually. Well false fits is frustrating because it takes longer to put it together. That can be an issue trading puzzles because of pieces may be missing. Nice to see you guys. TFS & 😊👍
Thank you! We don't often get sick... but when we do! we're miserable together, lol. ☺ Yeah. False fits are so frustrating, but Emory is way more patient than me. lol. Nice seeing you too!
I really like this puzzle. I got it at a yard sale and have done it twice. Mine is unfortunately missing the big E in the title SARDINE. Oh well, still fun. I enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work!!
Yard sale! You said the magic word! I love yard sales. I like that thrill. 😆
Lovely puzzle! I find false fits annoying too! I hope your next puzzle doesn't have that issue!
🤣 I hope so too, lol. I feel like I ask Emory 100x if something fits right or if it looks off. He's so relaxed, he says, "we'll just have to wait and see..." 🥺 but I want to know now. 🧐 Thank you for stopping in!! 😄
You
You
😁 you too! Hope you are having a wonderful Friday!
You
That was such a nice solid try at both of those horrifically hard puzzles. I’m very wary anymore of puzzles with letters on the back. I also try to check out the piece cut before buying a new puzzle. I have done one of the vintage Impossibles puzzles and really enjoyed the challenge. The pieces were all standard cut(two in/two out), but they were uniquely shaped enough to prevent false fits. I have not tried the newer Impossibles puzzles yet, but they look to be fun also.
Oh! You have a brave spirit! Impossible Puzzles! I'm scared to even try now with how hard those other ones were. I'm afraid of puzzles with letters on the back now. I feel like I have a huge distrust on how easy they might not be. 😄 I love knowing that the vintage impossible was a fun challenge. Continue to share your uplifting stories! We love hearing those happy puzzle moments! 😉
The minute you showed the twos in the Van Gogh, I thought oh no! The ins and outs were exactly the same with no shaping to distinguish….nightmare! This is just a trial and error puzzle which is no fun at all.
Yeah. We got so excited at the start and was later really aware it was taking so long just for one section. 😅 We need an expert.
Welcome back puzzle couple so glad to see you guys 😊
Glad to see you too! 😄
When they have letters on back, I sort that way. Makes it a lot easier. i have quit quite a few, if it takes me days and I don't get anywhere I just pass it on. I tell myself if they had letters on back I wouldn't have quit them but I could be wrong. 😃
😄 right! We thought the letters would be so much easier to sort and work, but too many false fits.
I have only given up on one puzzle so far. It was a 500 piece that my cousin gave me to try. It was an easy puzzle for some of the image but there wasn't a lot to go on with the sky and all the pieces were the same shape. I could sit there for an hour or more and feel lucky to find a piece that fit. It just wasn't enjoyable anymore so I decided to give up. I almost gave up on a 1000 piece called Water Lillies. That was just because the colors made it hard since they were all muted. It was given to me for my birthday so I didn't want to give up on it and I did manage to put it together but it sure took a long time.
😄Yeah, the enjoyment is a huge factor. Once there is nothing to grasp at (no fits) it does lose its fun fairly quickly. I didn't realize that "no frame" would be so difficult.
I’m so glad that you shared this type of video! I don’t know of any other puzzlers that post puzzles that are too frustrating to finish. I just gave up on a 500 piece cardinal puzzle that had a difficult background and felt guilty. I sorted out a 1,000 piece dog puzzle that I gave up on too. I CANNOT STAND SORTING EITHER!!!!😂 Well, Puzzle Couple, I don’t feel bad anymore. Thank you for sharing this and being honest with your viewers.😃
Dog and cat puzzle are hard
Sometimes I start puzzling and then sort of
😆 To be honest, I'm torn on even trying the other Impossible Puzzles. 😅😅😅 Thank you for sharing too! Greatly appreciate knowing we're not the only people who said "what in the world?" lol
@@achild4363 especially if there is a lot of detailed fur on the little animal.
Hey guys, nice to see you and your dog is cute! Some puzzles are difficult. I hear you on the space for bigger puzzles. TFS & 👍👍😊😊and enjoy!
I love doing quick 300-piece puzzles .. You can finish in an hour and still have fun.. . That image was gorgeous! Happy Puzzling!
That's so neat! I love quick puzzles. Happy Puzzling too! 😄
First ... I love love your shirts... you too are wayy too cute!! what a lovely young couple....... I also loved the puzzle, I would do this one.... I have a few Paris puzzles.. I enjoy the Buffalo Cities in Color series... one I like is Raining in Paris... and yes we learned something today
I'm really surprised how many Paris puzzles I've collected. I think life is trying to tell me I need two tickets to Paris! ☺ lol. Thank you for your support! 🥰
Hello guys, Brunch in Paris how romantic and it is a pretty one. I’m working on a 300 SKYZ puzzle my first one on my channel. It’s a tricky one but cute Glad you enjoyed it. I am new here and TFW & 😊👍
Hey! Happy puzzling! I love 300 piece puzzles. They can be pretty tricky. I have a circle that I trade puzzles with and they like to compare times with us on how quickly we get them done... lol. We're not too fast. 🤣😂
Love watching you two discuss your puzzles. You are a charming couple.
Hello so glad to see you guys

I really like the Galison and Mudpuppy puzzles.. Michael Storrings is my favorite artist for this brand.. The Japanese Tea Garden and Amusement Park were a lot of fun... Happy Puzzling !😊
Happy puzzling to you too! 😄 Yeah! I really like Michael Storrings, but I do find his art to be a little challenging when putting it together. Still, I see his name and I can't help but buy the puzzle!
Hi guys, I like this one. Fall colors are the best. It looked like it got harder. TFS & 😁👍
😁 It was not easy. lol. But seeing it come together was a blast. 😄
