Thats automatically a fail you can't touch your phone while your in the truck you have to use a watch or ask examiner to time you do not pull your phone out for whoever is watching this before the exam.

Are you serious? I've failed twice now because of the in cab portion of the test certain I'd done everything correctly could I really have just failed for using my phone instead of a stopwatch?
