How To Become A Clear Thinker | Better Thinking
Nietzche did in fact talk about these concepts and he also spoke of work as an absurd one claiming that now (during his time and this one) we value work based on a Christian ideal put forth during the Protestant revolution which shuns the real growth potential of people. Don't conflate achieving greatness with "working to death" as Nietzche urged people to reach their potential by thinking and changing the game, not working. There is a place for work, but it's not the way to greatness nor the purpose. Among many things he said about it, he said, "Soon we may well reach a point where people can no longer give in to the desire for a 'vita contemplativa' (that is, taking a walk with ideas and friends) without self-contempt and bad science." We have conflated achievement, growth, etc, with forbidding ourselves leisure time, thinking, talking, loving, enjoying life and each other. These messages are sometimes not good in our modern world of 'toxic positivity' and a belief that if you just work until you are bone tired that you'll achieve your greatest dreams while losing your life in the process. Nietche believed that the way is passion and passion will in fact cause a person to be engrossed in activity sometimes but it will also cause us to be engrossed in each other. Imagine if all our relationships were full of passion. Imagine if our desire for our greatest selves was a passion. Imagine if what we created was always created with passion. There would then never be a bad relationship, never an undeveloped person, never a boring or ignorant story or movie made just to create money. Instead, we'd have a world of unrealized love, a world of giant people, and a world of art that would endure forever as the golden era of times like Russia had when Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, and Tchaikovsky were all alive (as were others) creating amazing things that would endure all times. We can have a better world and it's much to do with our attitudes, our ability to persevere but moreso our ability to love things and each other with true depth and understanding and through that we can change the world and enjoy it at the same time.
Welcome to my private hell, now get out!
Did you think that if you did not exists that there is no world? God created us that is why there is now a past present and future. Solipsism means there is really a Creator.
I was with him about weakness being seeking comfort and not accepting challenges. But then for some reason he went off the rails for no good reason by somehow equating kindness humility and self sacrifice with weakness. Those are requisite qualities to be a good parent. I'm afraid his idea of greatness and strength is to be a monster.
No matter whoever you love You will never recognize her You always choose the wrong one.
If everything else doesn't exist but you, the rest of it, the exterior, is there to be molded to your will. The internal is what holds the potential for the true reality (as per going beyond psychological barriers) and the internal frees you, both in dreams and the external allowing you to better write your script. Society is 90 to 95 percent zombies. This world is the equivalent of an NPC videogame. The world's a stage dude. A movie theater with actors, performers and portrayers and you're never truly free until you stop t h i n k i n g you're outside the stage writing your script but a c t u a l l y outside the stage writing your script.

Great.and.power.are not.the same.thing.... Nietzsche.loves mankind... he.speak inZarathustra
To live is to suffer to survive is to find meaning in the suffering.
I read and studied Nietzsche and arrived at the conclusion he was a self hating malignant narcissist with aspirations to rule the world without any real wisdom, alot of posturing and grandiose delusions which is why Hitler was attracted to him and why trump was attracted to hitler.
Really nice video man, I did like the pictures and the background music, I’m studying Nietzsche, so this video is really helpful, keep it rolling!
Yezzurrr! Glad to hear it! Your support is greatly appreciated bro!
Quite a reflective video, great work
Thanks, man!

Religion. Let earth be our religion and we give life to future. Amen GLORY TO GOD
Which religion? Which God? There’s thousands of both and they’re all fairytales😂
well interesting but really he was fine till he trapped himself he would of come back to the world but the river became uncrossable it was a total lack of wilderness training and thinking he was smart enough not understanding his life never gave him those skills
Thing is: it isn't. it is the way to cope with the current problems. It isn ot what evolution is but rather what individual do to not go insane. Sorry Nietzsche.
Not really... just lazy lay about kid who didn't want to work goes out into the woods with a bag of rice and no knowledge of the woods.
You summed it up quite nicely Allen.
I look at McCandless story as A cautionary tale. I knew of a boy who died of a drug overdose. He was following the Greatful Dead around the country. Lots of kids make big mistakes like McCandless did. That's about all McCandless story tells me.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Stephen! I totally get where you’re coming from. McCandless’ story does feel like a big cautionary tale, especially when you think about people who’ve made similar choices and didn’t make it. It’s tough seeing people make mistakes like that. At the same time though, I feel like there’s another side to it. Like, yeah, he took huge risks, but I think for him it was about trying to find something more meaningful, even if it wasn’t the smartest way to go about it. I kind of see his story as a reminder of how some people feel so trapped by the way things are that they’re willing to risk everything just to feel free. It’s sad, but also makes us see and have different perspectives about life/society/struggles… etc. You know?
Perhaps on another level, this concept seems to be similar to how Jesus is portrayed in the Bible. Maybe during biblical times, people were considered to be sentient beings, however they were still referred to as being sheep. While Jesus is commonly referred to as being the Son of God.
Makes sense phrased like that!...because all there is to christians is JESUS, nothing else....So to consider Jesus as all there is, why not consider ones own self as all there is!....
@@JustJohnice I believe that everyone has a conscious, and that we all have our own unique perspectives. And this is an interesting topic. Although I wonder if it's different for some people, who tend to prefer to have common goals with others like on a team.
I can confirm. I dont exist ❤

Diogenes. So basically he respected God's creation being in harmony with the planet and reality many are completely checked out of reality. So focused on fitting in with the herd but everyone knows what happens to the herd in the end. Power and possessions consumes you when you are out of touch with nature and reality. It's called being grounded respecting the planet that's obviously revolting against it's inhabitants as of late. You consume too much eventually it will consume you. Asking the planet, being in tune with the planet everyone needs, what you might want the planet might not want. I don't understand how everyone isn't seeing this. God sent covid that literally stopped the entire planet because the planet is under duress. Just like Noah they never listen until they are forced to listen. Everyone is fighting at war fighting over lies and rumors eventually the planet is going to shake so hard it will force everyone to their knees. Every knee will bow. Wake up planet earth!!!
So im not crazzy 😊
Diogenes is the type of person I strive to be... cool dude, I agree with him.
