Collective Wellness by Jennifer Wagner includes a 30 minute Yoga Stretch Fusion on Tuesdays at 7am. This class is a fusion of different styles of yoga, dynamic stretching, Ballet, Pilates, and Tai Chi. This is great for beginners but is al helpful for all fitness levels. I will alternate each week from a Standing Only or a Floor Only class.
I also teach Live Group Fitness Classes 4 times a week. 2 Cardio Strength class and 2 Yoga classes. Please message me if your interested in joining me.

Interval Cardio Workout for ALL Levels
I teamed up with Iowa Sports Foundation for their Corporate Games. This was my Live Interval Cardio Workout. This is a different type of interval workout. We take one exercise and have put it in three levels. Then build with one minute each. You will get a great workout and you have levels and modifications to work with.

Diameter of gymball you used is
@@fazeanino7846 that one is 55. You want to have a 90 angle in hip and knee when you’re sitting. These stretches, it’s not that important of the size though.

I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
