    Thanks for posting this. I have a regular size refrigerator/freezer...(freezer on top).....My freezer is mostly empty. Will all of the food fit into the freezer if I were to buy all 3 daily meals for the 28 days?

    I'm not overweight, but I want to order the personal trainer foods. With my busy schedule (being a fulltime teacher & fulltime grad student), I think personal trainer foods might help me to save time. Of course, I wouldn't mind to lose a few pounds. My question is do you recommend Program 1, 2, 3, or 4?

    I go sometimes without eating the almonds. I feel like 3 oz is too much...did I do wrong in ordering mozzarella sticks, angus beef patty, meat balls instead of all grilled meats for helping me lose weight:/ my personal trainer never told me I couldn't get breaded or cheesy items. Will I not lose weight now because of the breaded food I ordered? Plus, one more question my arms became very fatty and bulky with weights. Will cardio help them slim down to the way I had them before I started lifting?

    Hi josh, I've ordered the personal trainer because I have a problem with eating. I'm was constantly getting sick because I would hardly eat and exercise really hard to stay thin. I would get hypoglycemic episodes a lot and my trainer suggested this program. I must say that I love it but don't feel like I'm losing weight. Well I feel like my fat on my thighs has been going down slowly, but a don't fell thinner. Is it me? Am I not being patient and wanting quick results like when I was not eating

A couple of useful tips. #1 Get free shipping when you do the Home direct option vs the one time bag. You can cancel any time with out penalty. #2 the price is increasing from $119 to $129 in April. Those on home direct will be grand fathered My suggestion is to be consistent and use it daily to get the best possible results

    Wondering why there are no comments...I'm in bad shape...although i am only 5'5" and 118lbs. I am skinny and out of shape...I am uploading videos and working out, trying to get in shape.
