I wanna say the OT victory over Bama was in 2007, I believe. The following year they came to us and we had the Blackout that lived in Infamy. That was 2008, when we were the preseason ranked number 1.

I don't even know who you are, but let me tell you one thing, DON'T YOU EVER CALL ME A DISLOYAL BULLDOG, I have been a fan of this team since I was 2 years old and they helped me deal with a lot of shit in my life cause of the lessons I have learned from them, when they weren't a team that even competed for SEC championships and we got our asses kicked by Florida every year. DON'T YOU EVER, EVER!!! CHALLENGE MY LOVE OF THE DAWGS. I don't care if you are on of my Bulldog brothers or not, don't you ever go there.

Honestly, I feel like if we don't wear silver britches it's bad luck (Last time we did that was against Florida in 2009) and they haven't thrown on the black jerseys since we got beat by Alabama (yes I know we were wearing the silver britches then) between the hedges. I want to see them back, because we also beat Auburn and Hawaii with them, so I agree with you that you can't blame the jerseys. I blame it on the fact we always struggle in big games historically, we can't get ourselves over the hump and can't get out of own way. Examples: 2014 - Florida, 2013 - we just had a rough year, 2012 - Alabama and South Carolina, 2011 - LSU, 2010 - off year, 2009 - off year, 2008 - Alabama, Florida and GT, 2007 - that was our year, its just that Vanderbilt decided to blow a 24 point lead and ultimately cost us the East, 2006 - we were in a rebuilding mode 2005 - Florida and Auburn, and we are just talking the last 10 years. I can keep going about the sagas before hand

Yep, the Bulldog Nation has an aura. My girl she is from Britain, knows nothing about our football but she'll even admit there is something about us.
My favorite part is when Munson says, "Massaquoi!" after the '06 tech touchdown. Nice video.

There's no doubt in my mind we were the best team in the country by that season's end.
My freshman year at UGA, one that I will never forget. It seems like that team had a confidence/swagger that I haven't seen in a Georgia team since.
