Just practice, maybe if ur opponent puts venge on and ur about to hit him click on the ground and dont hit him because hes going to probably spec at the same time. Pking is hard nowdays

Hello, you know your stuff, I'd really appreciate your input here! I'm making a 60 attack med which I don't want to fully max so i can be no more than 100 combat levels. But i'd have to avoid 1 single HP level through barb fishing to achieve this. My target stats are 60/att 93/str, 99/range 75/def, 94/magic. But training that like normal would get me 93/hp and 101 combat. If I instead sacrifice 1 hitpoint i'd be combat level 100.975 with 92/hp. I understand that thinking this much about 1 combat level is comicly negligible, but to me a molecule of an edge is still and edge worthy of having lol. So here's my question, at even a very small scale, would this plan be of benefit, or detriment to the account?
