I just received mine this weekend. Looks good but not so accurate than on this vidéo. Hard to make a correct or complex beat on the app, just basic sounds coming and the gestual responsivity is low, missing target toms. Tried to explore it but,as far, I could do a lot better with normal drums or a drums machine. Same for the Pocket Guitar, Always the same basic patterns coming, no play subtility available. Bright idea, but really disappointed for now, just good for beginners or school children, needs to be improved ! Sorry

Proof that ANYONE can fund literally almost ANYTHING on Indiegogo. You get the funds up front and don't have to worry about actually producing anything, except a stupid video of someone beating chopstix aimlessly in the air. As of 9/24 these ridiculous things are 1525% funded ($228,000 of a $15,000 goal). What's the problem with these? Well for starters I don't care how "accurate" they claim they'll be, there's ZERO tactile feedback as you "hit" your drum. Your brain doesn't know where to actually stop your arms & hands for each "hit" as there is nothing actually physical that you're getting true physical tactile feedback from. So no matter how accurate they attempt to make them, you cannot link to something that's not physically there. You will never overcome this. Is it a problem for a toy? Heck no! Bet these are still fun. But pitching it like you had professional drummers help you get input to design it definitely has the intention of painting the picture that these will be a great tool for actually learning real drumming on - which is horse crap. If you're putting in on this campaign intending to have anything other than a toy, you're going to be sorely disappointed. I have no doubt they'll actually turn out some type of product - but it's not going to be what you're hoping for.
