This is disgusting how could you judge the morals and the heart of someone off makeup and a fake face and what that guy said im revolted
i haven’t seen anyone say anything in the comments abt how many times in this episode grown men were saying inappropriate things abt these teen girls…the whistling when a couple girls came out, the one 16 yr old girls mom after her makeover saying “guys, huh? 😏😉” to a crowd of grown men & the grown men clapping hysterically…what is goin on
Why is the audience so immature grow up they are bullying literally kids bc the way they dress like what??
Ah yes, let's criticize teenagers for being teenagers. Notice how all of these kids are girls? Girls are the more unconfident sex due to girls bullying each-other. Society should be ashamed of themselves, honestly. If a person has alternative style, they're a "freak" and possibly get death threats. Society also says to "be yourself", but you can't be yourself because everyone's as basic as white bread.
Are we all just going to ignore the racists dude who called the first girl white trash?! 💁🏻♀️🤔 This is crazy. Smh. 😒
The comments under here. 🤦🏼♀️ welcome to the 90’s. Toughen up people
People are so soft nowadays
So unique, its uplifting unlike Trents but still resonates with the same meaning......good groove for this crazy late Summer Thursday...... 🕊️
Wow, excellent piece of music, incredible...... 🕊️
Great to see ya, this Summer the Heat has been oppressive.... hope you been happy and well.... I saw it was going to be super hot out their.... East of the Mississippi it has been unseasonably hot, I'm in New Hampshire..... Hope to see you more often voice still has great tone and power, Big Hugs, Be Well 🕊️
Triple hugs back at ya! Today there is no longer a heat advisory and it is in the 70s with a gorgeous breeze.
i was about to compliment that sunnie girl, but i realized YOU'RE SUNNIE!!! you uploaded this gem!!!! girl you slayed!!! you were so ready to shut everyone up and i love it!!
This didn't date very well
i hated this phase in talk shows
I can’t get over the 36 year-old mother who looks 50 36used to look so old back in the day
It's straight up bullying xd.
The irony is all of these teens have way better fashion sense, and their fashion styles will go on to be far more long living (some of these are perfectly modern), than all the terrible perms, awful beige clothes, golden girls hair cuts that age you 40 years and pedo glasses that the normies are wearing in the crowd.
lol The Styles had been around for 20 years or something by then
They literally W E R E N O T T H E F I R S T L O L !
Loving the girl with the mohawk so much!! Genuinely like both ways. Because like her smile is so amazing, and she seems like she has just like the brightest personality. I wanna be her friend ❤
😮😮😮😮gothica parade
Punk rock girl who is straight edge, has a job cooking at a restaurant, went to beauty school, is awesome. Any Dad should be proud to have a strong daughter who is creative and independent and has enough conviction to defend her freedom of self expression from a bunch of dumbass bullies saying shes just a drug addicted freak. She is smart and has accomplished more than many other 18 year olds. Her dad looks like a sons of anarchy extra so not sure why he is against having an awesome punk rock daughter
after the makeover's they look so uncomfotorble
Awww these girls were adorable, and remained very respectful/insightful despite the hate/ridicule. I hope they’re all doing well; society has come a long way since then, no one would even bat an eye at their look nowadays. Shame on these grown adults bullying children smh
LoL. The Styles weren't new then either.
This is actually wild💀
I’m sorry they were so cruel. I’m very happy to see that you stayed true to who you were 🖤
you are cherelyn are gorgeous!! i’m totally curious to know if you guys still keep in touch friends who brand each other stay together 😭🫶
Dan looks like he doesn’t even want to be there lmao
If i were one of those punk chicks i would trying to look less ugly
omg I'm so happy to see where you're at in life now. Still alternative and looking great 🖤
The parents are wrong for judging their children.... because parents should respect who they are and how they should dress..
You can express yourself all you want when you're 18 years old, otherwise, listen to your parents. Millennials and Gen Zs wouldn't be able to grasp this concept (especially Gen Z). At one time the world had sanity, law, and order. Basically, normalcy.
The audience makes my blood boil
At 15:16 I find it strange how these people worry about children on how someone looks when I go to my moms work aka kindergarten sure they might be shy and stare but they they aren’t afraid instead they ask if I’m a rockstar and asks my mom when I will visit again kids don’t care how one looks that just comes to show how ridiculous these fearful and judgmental people are
I wish we could see where these teens are in 2024.
This channel that the episode is on is Sunnie's chanel the teen with the short rainbow hair.
The one girl wearing a bustier i just saw does no one remember Selena Quintanilla she wore it alot i know she is 14 but at least she covered it up with a vest
The kids are expressing themselves i see no wrong in it but the spikey hair not my fav but again nothing wrong in it
Ok I’m not going to lie but I’m a mom and dress similar to those kids and I’ve been doing it since I was 12. I was gothic but now I’m just an ordinary emo. The way you dress should not matter but the behavior and attitude is what matters. This one girls father has a whole beard and long hair and dressed like if he is a biker but wants to make shame for his daughter having red and green hair?!? Funny as hell. That’s these kids are dressing how they feel inside. But yes the kids and teens attitudes need to change but at the same time the parents need to show their kids more love then judging them. No parent or child is perfect but what is causing the kids to act this way? What are the parents doing? I was neglected by both parents and the told me they never wanted me and I was a mistake. These kids seem to have personal problems behind closed doors. Are the parents even asking them are they ok? Can we talk? Is there anything I can help you with? It’s all about both sides of respect and communication and love. I acted the same way when I was a teen because of other reasons and lack of attention from my parents. I feel bad for both the parents and the kids. Not trying to be biased but it is what it is.
Hugs. In the 90s talkshows were a "thing", trending, if you will. My dad, was my best friend and the panel is coached on how to act. My dad asked me if i wanted to go on tv, more than that, he explained that he would have to ACT like he didnt like my style. My dad was my bigggest supporter in everything i was passionate about. Appreciate ya taking the time to view and comment. If ya have a sec... i make music. Im on all the platforms... tiktok too... ~Sunnie Daze Coleman
@@sunniedazecoleman5696 oh wow that’s awesome I me and my fiancé make music as well I’m a Dj started when I was 12. My fiancé is my music manager. I’d love to be on tv but I have severe social anxiety lol.
@@jeahwinder4600 it took me years to get the reins on my anxiety. Have hope.. It CAN get better. ; )
Emo ? People didn't know what that was then And the styles weren't new then
I don’t understand why the parents are so mad when most of the kids look really happy
That smile she had when they walked out said “oh yeah I’m getting views from this”. Also I aspire to be like cherlylnn . Oh my god she was so confident in herself and she looked badass!!
Views weren't a thing yet... : ) we all just wanted to be on TV. Haha ~Sunnie Daze Coleman
I used to dress very alternative back in 2002 and I'm heavily tattooed and still have piercings and man...the 90's alt kids suffered more than us!
Well glad to hear you're still you! *hugs ~Sunnie Daze
lol The styles weren't new in the 90s
Boomers did it WAY Before lmao
Perceptions Perceptions ohhh it’s so mind blowing (:< , seriously where is the compassion because most of their questions seem dictating
Wtf is this show so the audience are a bunch of grown adults bullying teen girls… 💀
Every one of them probably hates Jenny jones to this day. For good reason too!
These teens are the voting Liberals of today. Funny how today, they wouldn't stand out in a crowd at all, but looking at all the 90's styles and haircuts in the audience is trip back in time. 😂
love it! Although, i tend to still stand out.
LoL The styles weren't new then So now people are styled like Decades before this Basically ha ha
Allowing your audience to overtake your interview and berate your guests is entirely unprofessional. Jenny was just in it to enjoy the exploitation. She's as trashy as her subject matters.
I wonder how kids, especially those who are under 18 with no job and still living with their parents, are able to dress however they want and make themselves look like whatever when the parents are completely against it. The parents are typically the providers / caregivers until the kids become adults and start making their own money. So how does a kid between the ages of like 12-16, get the money to pay to get their hair done the way they want it, body piercings and clothing that the parents don't approve of? If the parents don't approve, they wouldn't be enabling the kids by giving them money towards these things.
riiiiight? most of the parents were cool with their kids.
I totally forgot that shaming people was acceptable in the 80s and 90s.
*hugs
It is now too lol
They all looked sexy as hell before the transformations ! The audience is just jealous that they’re not as creative as those kids are and would never be able to come up with something as cool as that for themselves. And I would say April is dressed more like a stoner than a punk lol. It doesn’t help that I’m a punk rocker myself and have a head full of 22 inch blue dreads all over my head and wear all black leather and combat boots all the time and have piercings and tattoos everywhere lol fuck looking like a Normie. That girl in the mohawk is hot as hell I wonder where these kids are now.
well, im here... Dorothy is just as sweet as ever... and Cher is a teacher! : )
Uh No One Anime has to do with Punk Also the Styles have been around for Decades. You actually look like a Normie to those from the OG Cultures. lol
Very thirteen and lesbo
The first one looked like Matilda
crazy that they made a whole tv show based off of that one the garden music video
huh?
just a joke, theres a music video for a song called thy mission by the garden and it looks like its heavily based off this show
The Garden literally imitates EVERYTHING how we grew up
Culture Vultures
Damn... Did they at oeast pay you guys for being on the show.? Ive always wondered that
naw... it was just a thing that happened. haha
@@sunniedazecoleman5696 you keep in contact with anyone on the show after it ?
