The only help you need comes from the Bible. Get some guy friends and talk to a bishop or pastor.
I would agree and disagree. I'm a mental health clinician by trade and a strong Christian as well. I would love to talk about those more with you. Please message me on IG @youngdadpod

Jeff is absolutely incredible. What a great show!!!
Great work on this one!
Dope Episode!
It's a good reminder to have a change of mindset when you are playing with your children. Oftentimes, we get from work but the time we spend is memories that we hold dear as we age. thanks
Truth!! Miscarriage is emotionally challenging for both mothers and fathers.
Thank you for the support. We feel the same.
Thank you for the heart and bravery to claim this space. From my women friends who have suffered losing a child, I have learned their depth of pain may lesson buy never goes away. I have learned to embrace with them the memory of the child that is always with them. It’s past due time for fathers to claim support in grieving and remembering as well. Bless you for blazing this loving path.
Thank you so much for the support. means a ton!
Dude......let your daughter make NEW friends!! You gotta start somewhere. You are stifling her socially. It's not safe if you don't know their name? How did you meet friends? I think this is all bad.
I think you missed all the context. This was about me making new social connections and keeping long term friends as I didn’t want them leaving after having a friendship with the family kids and hurting them.
Def listen to the full episode for more context.
So he struggles with making friends? And is passing that on to his daughter?
You should def listen to the full episode for more context. But no, I don’t pass that onto my daughters at all and I actually encourage new connections regularly. This was about myself and making long term friendships and how I worry about those friends staying around before introducing them to my daughters or having them hangout and build a friendship with my family.
facts man. wish i made more friends in school, so hard to make connections now. Between social media, covid, and all this antisocial shit. makes it nearly impossible.
It was nearly impossible. Through fellowship, I found a strong group of people at church. However, I prefer to keep my circle as small as possible. Shameless plug- I would love it if you subbed to the channel.
What makes it worse is only 10%, according to some experts, realise what happened to them when they get older. So the parent causing the damage is still the one that can do no wrong.
I see it daily in my work with families. It's a sad truth. Shameless plug would love it if you subbed to the channel.
You were so close and then you lost me. Every functioning human is an emotional being and anyone can be logical regardless of their gender.
Hmmm, it's not saying that. it's saying the biological and psychological makeup differences in gender and within typical heterosexual relationships.
Logically explain why being gay is sinful. Nearly every other sin can be logically explained.
While we did not say that being gay is sinful, nor did we jump into it during this episode. There is nothing wrong with being gay; I go to church with several members of the LBGQT+ community and even enjoy bible studies with them. However, when I have asked them this question, they have all explained that acting on those inclinations is a sin, not being gay, as all are created equal. Would love for you to reach out on IG for further discussion on this.
