I'm gonna say it: flash Isaac feels much more rewarding to finish, it's a more enjoyable challenge to complete, and Rebirth on my 900th run or so makes me very antsy and annoyed to even play it Flash Isaac has aged but I still liked it past the trauma responses I have with Rebirth lol

pretty sure they're encountered like all the other seven deadly sins and their super counterparts, so the whole thing is full clearing floors and hoping to get it as a miniboss don't have better tips than that but then again neither do the wiki pages I scanned through so good luck out there lol

someone who has the other 96 achievements in the game and who doesn't give a single damn about finishing a run lol OTHERWISE, goated run

base flash isaac already brought the engine to its knees and EE shoots it out back old yeller style

Really curious what makes it so awful in that aspect

@@angrycoffeekid both isaac 1.5 and 1.6 had so many weird interactions like Number One converting all range down pills into range up's until you hit womb floor - etc etc. its truly a wild-west time these would often just break things or were just needlessly complicated .. it used to have a softcap on damage based on floors (which is literally just there to make you suffer for no reason)

Bloat firing down lasers means its better to be above it

yeah in hindsight, it's pretty obvious to see you should go down and only then go up behind it after the eyes pass by buuuuut take in the prior attempts, the lack of Bloat in those runs and forgetting the moves, it's _still a skill issue lol, I was nervous_

Dead God is only an endurance exercise, going for it reminds me I don't have to kill Beast for the 34th time and could do something fun instead lol

@@zyler.6812 i hope you trying not on eternal edition? Im using wotl version, im even thinking about downgrading to vanilla. Im trying now pick judas in challenge isaac was good today. It has no golden rooms, but you have halo plus flight from the start plus judas have alot of damage

@@zyler.6812 ive just ended another run. Ive got hit on depths 1 but decided to still play. That was the only hit on depths and womb stages. Ive got hit by a single spider in a room with two flying hanged man

Forgot to mention guys, if you downgrading version to usual wotl without eternal edition, do backups. After upgrading back you losing all the eternal achievments endgame, so you need to replace files from backup and die one time in game, so game will check your achievment progress and you will get eternal god

Yeah the first few attempts I ran without music so I could watch stuff on the side, and for the rest I had music on in-game I did think of adding some at the start but there were so few clips without it that adding music and switching so soon would be a bit jarring lol Thanks for the feedback though 👍

Holy Mantle turns one of the hardest challenges into something you do on accident lol. That and the ability to synergise Issac into a screen wipe machine.
