Recently, After huge discounts on the airline tickets towards vietnam offered by #VietjetAirlines, Many of the indian citizens have booked their tickets from Hyderabad and Bangalore cities
Vietjet has canceled all their flights which are scheduled to depart from HYD & BLR towards Ho Chi Minh/Hanoi, Vietnam due to operational issues. Many passengers who booked for their vacation to vietnam were facing difficulties due to bad management from Vietjet.
The company does not have a customer support team in india, Neither have their offices in respective airports. For the people who are worried about their cancellations/ refunds and rescheduling for their flights. Here's how you can contact vietjet from india and get a resolution from the company.

Are the flights from Vietnam to Hyd also cancelled...I have got my return flight on 8th Jan 2023...my on flight from 29th Dec was cancelled today but no info regarding reschedule or refund. I want to know if my return tickets are also cancelled.
All tickets got cancelled bro which are operating from HYD & BLR. They’re not intimating you until the last minute. Just call them and ask the status of the tickets and then ask refund.

Guys, an update for you! ⚠️ VietJet stopped responding to that mail too. There’s another you can do it. Please follow the steps below carefully: Step 1: Buy skype international calling “Vietnam” trail version. Around meeku 80-100 rupees untundhi. Step 2: Go to your skype profile, Set your mobile same as you gave while booking the tickets. Step 3: Call: +842835266868 (from that Skype International Calling feature.) Step 4: After Connecting, If it asks to press 2 for english then only continue in the call. If it started telling about Vietnam and it’s tourists spots disconnect the call immediately and call again. Step 5: If call gets connected talk to them and ask for refund/ rerouting your trip from different city. NOTE: You’ll get only 60minutes of calling through this trail version. So we should use it accordingly.

I have contacted to the given number Via SKYPE and one agent got connected. She said both my round trip flights has been cancelled and she initiated a refund. She said that the amount will be credited to my original payment method within 30 days. But the problem is, she neither provided me any ticket ID or she mailed me anything. I asked her about the confirmation of cancellation. She said, we can only confirm through call. Call Via SKYPE and get refund your money.

Sir as mentioned to call them through Skype but I have mentioned my flights got cancelled and asked for a refund but they don’t have option for refund, only option is refund to credit shell account. What shall I do now ask for credit shell refund or can u please help me out?
@@ruthlessgamingyt8544 This VietJet is just playing with customers brother 🤦🏻♂️. I think they’re stop giving refunds to customers as well now. Demand them strongly that your friends have already cancelled the tickets and VietJet provided them refund to their banks. Let’s see what they will do.
Venkat sir I have booked tickets to Amd to Da nang, departure 12th dec now I have received your flight is non operating so it’s cancellation, then I took the trasfer credit shell process and booked pay later option but it’s showing my booking is unrecognizable what should I do. And all flights to Amd to da nang is completely suspended. Please help us.

hello!! I have booked a flight from Delhi to da Nang for 30 dec. After 4 days my money got back to my account but when I am checking on their website it is still showing that this flight exist on that day. I want to know whether my flight is cancelled or what. why they have cancelled it. I have to make sure so I can book another flight for the same day because I have already booked internal flight from one place to another.

Hi Venkat bro, I booked from Hyderabad to Bali via Vietnam. As you already know, Hyderabad to Vietnam flight got canceled, and somehow, My connecting flight stayed the same, that too Vietnam to Bali flight was leaving a day earlier than My Hyd to Vietnam flight. Heights of stupidity.. I booked via MakeMyTrip bro. Asla seems like mmt is least bothered about it. They say they will refund if the airline sends them a notification. I have raised cancelation request through MMT as per their customer service guy's suggestion. Now they sent an SMS saying "Refund req denied as customer already took the flight". I booked a different flight on the spot and came to bail. Now please guide me on what can be done bro, to get my refund. My tickets are Hyd to Bali on Nov 15th and Bali to Hyd on Dec 15th. Now both my onward and backward flights should be refunded.. NN246NJJBAVOM1BB0952 is my booking ID. And Hyd to Bali PNR 5ANZSG, and return Bali to Hyd PNR MBKHZU. Please help if possible.
To be cautious, Please don’t share your PNR & transaction ID publicly bro. Now, Once talk to the Vietjet directly about the issue and ask them for your refund brother that you didn’t took the flight and whatever the scenario occurred. They will provide you the final resolution and also talk with MMT if Vietjet agreed for the refund. Because MMT has to process your refund back to you. We booked from hyd to Danang on 10th dec. We mailed to them, they replied the flight operating as per today status but 40mins preponed...but they also mentioned in that mail ... Saying if any future updates on flights we will inform you ani
@@mamatha1075 Check past 15days flight status using there flight number they have changed my location to Mumbai to Hanoi after calling them i don't think any of there flights are operating from Hyderabad.

Hello Ramesh, Thanks for the appreciation. I’ve found few blogs and articles about that vietjet didn’t get enough permissions from HYD & BLR airports and accepted bookings in advance. So eventually they had to cancel their tickets from HYD & BLR until December 2023. Maybe that’s the timeline where they believe that they will get clearance and start operations. HiVenkat, We booked tickets from clear trip..so we connected to clear trip and asked for information, But they gave us confirmation , that flights on dec on our journey date from hyd to danang is operating. But preponed 40mins and the return flight is to hanoi to Blr is operating on time
Contact the Hyderabad helpline. They’ll ensure that you get a refund. It took me 10 days to get the refund. Used twitter and even reached out to head of Vietjet INDIA to escalate this. Finally got the refund!
Cool. Could you tell us that Hyderabad helpline that you’ve contacted? It’ll definitely help a lot for people out there. Also, we tried in twitter as well unfortunately no one has responded neither helped us. 😕
Call the Hyderabad helpline number: +91 90140 50824 Also send a mail to their mail ID stating the issue and requesting a full refund. Email ID: hydres.vj@bird.travel Then reach out to your third party agency with an approval mail from the Hyderabad hotline. They would not reject your refund processing then.

They told us it’ll take 30 days if we choose for the refund. But in reality, Most probably it’ll be credited within 15-20days

Most probably you’ll get a reply within 24hrs bro.. & you don’t need any vietnam person if you mailed already. In our case we needed that vietnam person to know that mail ID. So anyone with that mail ID can directly contact vietjet by sending their details, without any support of local persons. and They don’t charge a single rupee its completely free of cost to reroute your tickets (for Both up & return). You can choose mumbai as it’s nearest one from Bangalore. Let me know after you got a reply from them 😊❤️ Thank you #VT

Yes, It’s absolutely safe. You’ll float in water while on Scuba Diving suite. The instructors will take care of that. *I’m a non swimmer too*

Yes bro, Goa waters are not that clear. This is one of india’s place to do scuba diving.
I have two questions 1. What time do we return back and 2. What is the minimum age requirement for scuba
1) There will be 3-4 boats which will reach island in the morning for different activities. Some boats will depart early (By 2pm) you can come with earliest boat if you want to or you can stay until the last boat departs (Mostly by 4pm from island and you’ll reach Murdeshwar by 5PM). 2) Only 18+ age group are allowed for Scuba Diving. Meanwhile age group of 12+ can do snorkeling along with their parents under their supervision.

Hey Shrinidhi, They’ll give photos as complimentary within the package. For video you’ve to pay extra 300 for it. They’re using SJ Cam which is low quality action camera (Raw Output doesn’t really look good) I’ve edited and colour graded the footage they gave me and added my camera’s shots as well. If you’ve an action camera like GoPro you better carry yours with a proper gear and setup while diving. 😊
