I don't know if there's any special way in Ghana but I reckon if you have a domiciliary account, you can transfer the money to your blocked account. I also know that the blocked account providers allow you to even pay with your card. Alternatively, if you have someone in Germany or somewhere in Europe, they can help you transfer the money and you can send them the equivalent.

I can't say. It depends on your school and their requirements. Some schools are okay with just a letter from your Bachelors university that you studied in English, but other schools definitely need an English proficiency test.

Not necessarily.You can, but you're also supposed to sign your name at the bottom and the motivation letter is going with your other documents so, the admissions team would know it's you.

Yes that would work. But ensure you confirm from your school that they accepted the English proficiency letter, because some schools don't accept that.

You don't submit your passport during the interview, you just show it to them and they'll give you back. When your Visa is ready, you'll get an email to come and submit your passport and you'll get your passport and all your original documents back via courier within 2 weeks depending on where you live.

Did my interview 21st July. Got the email for passport submission 13th September. Submitted my passport at the embassy 15th September. Got back my documents and passport 22nd September.

You can put money in your blocked account anytime from when you get admission until when you get your appointment date. Just make sure your money is in the account when you go for the interview. As for verification of result... if you mean document verification, you can do that anytime, it doesn't take long to get an appointment for that. You should just plan yourself well...if you have to submit your verified documents in October you should have verified your documents by September and sent them to your school.

The waiting period is long but not so long in Accra. I’m in Ghana and I’m on the waiting list. They stated 10-12weeks in my email

For your Visa? Not at all...it doesn't matter. It only matters to your school. The embassy usually needs your certificates to see what you've been up to and also to confirm your age.
