My wife and I went on the vista when it came out. I hated that ship for the same reasons yall disliked this ship. We started going on royal Caribbean and never looked back. I’d rather pay the extra money for royal.

Was there an extra charge on the menu if you wanted an extra appetiser or main course? If I went I would like a salad side with my steak but it doesn't seem to be on the main course menu, only the appetisers so was wondering if the menu still states the extra appetiser is an extra charge. The menu you filmed didn't go to the bottom so couldn't see.

I did NOT like this ship. Why? 1) The games were horrible, the employees could barely speak English and had to spell out words they didn't know how to say, the rules of the pool games couldn't be understood. Without games that you could actually participate in, there just wasn't enough to do on the ship. 2) The decorations were cheap plastic, at first blush the ship looks beautiful, but once you see how cheap it is built, you see cheap plastic everywhere. 3) The food wasn't bad... but it wasn't great either, it was just "acceptable", on a vacation, "acceptable" isn't good enough. 4) The adult comedy shows were horrible, they just swore every other word instead of actually being funny. The family shows were actually really good 5) The lines, YES 100% agree, felt like I was at an amusement park standing in lines all the time!!!! 6) We missed a port and they re-arranged what was happening on what days and the not only did the app not tell you what was happening, but the paper copies were wrong too. Great video, thanks! Wished I would have found your video BEFORE I went on this ship.

def. lines were an issue. I never got breakfast in buffet bc the lines were obnoxious for a ship that boasts as much as Carnival boasts this ship. I'm giving in another shot for an off season cruise. Hope it is a ton better.

yes... the breakfast dress, all cruise. the reflection can only get about 3-4 days out of me. im not that seasoned.

They dropped the limit to one tail because folks would brag about getting 5 and 10 tails like it is some big deal, when you can go buy a lobster tail for $6 at the grocery store! I never get on if I have to pay that $ 25 up charge. That's 4 tails at home! Boil and butter them and call it a day!

I have been trying for years to get on the Dave Kozcruise to no avail. I will keep trying. So glad Chris Botti started one.

I visited Athens last year on a group cruise. We were there for the day and were able to see the changing of the guards Plaka and the Parthenon. My real dream is to get on that Dave Kos cruise. Went on the Chris Botti inaugural cruise last year thank you so much for sharing!

It's not the usual low class carnival quality ship. I'll never sail carnival again but wanted to see what Costa was all about. I've so far seen nothing but fantastic reviews. No more of the carnival ship for me,S.S. Minnow would be a better choice than carnival
