I don't like that new katya outfit its a poor substitute it doesn't have a fraction of the fanservice. I dont understand why cant they release a updated version of her original outfit instead? Love both designs and cutscenes! Will get them for sure As for her skills, not really hitting for me, the cost is too big for what we gain. And in all upgrades it's 2 turns so if she has a costume in the future we can't even use this first to boost it because the buff will fall off next turn.
