Why not be honest on your zillow listing for this home? Gourmet kitchen? Gimme a break, that kitchen setup is a joke for cooking. Garage and barn need some serious work, and that arena is barely big enough to ride in. Hay storage needs a lot of work too. Baseboard heating heats about as well as a candle, there's no AC and it's only 15 acres for the listed price? I dunno what your team is smoking, but maybe you should lay off it and come back to reality.

Guess people are starting to understand that the debt load is higher than in CA. The only state with higher debt is HI. DC is higher but it isn't a state. Salaries in those places are $20k+ higher. That might explain the lower number of sales in the 0-300k range alongside job loss and more.
