Yes you can repot in October, but don’t be late to November. In winter this plant goes in dormancy. After repotting keep it in shade for 3 days. Make well drain soil with coco peat and bone meal for next pot.

Yes, some people wash coco peat before use, but I don’t. It does not matter if you are starting with seeds.

Vermicompos, Bone meal, 2 :1 ratio. Soil should be soft and moist. Try NPK 19:19:19 one teaspoon after 15 days.

You can use Gypsum meal from IFFCO. But that’s not organic fertilizer.
