i LOVE this baby. What a cuddle. I groom my own mostly because Covid forced me to and I do a fairly decent job. You explained a few things I did not know. Trying to clip hair on my dogs feet is a laugh show. They are all EXTREMELY ticklish. I really wondered why we needed to cut it out. I use baby shampoo on their faces and have never had anyone else say they used no more tears on their dogs faces. Mine and Poodle/Yorkie cross and they look so much like this beauty with just different colors. Love the way you handle your cares.

I’ve had 5 bichons over the past 30 yrs. First 2 were bichon fries from a breeder in Houston USA. Wonderful dogs we had for 17 yrs. After losing our first 2 we got 3 bichon s from an Arizona breeder who got her dogs from aphaia Hoe I spelled it right, in Bratislava ). I hafve one of those living now. These 3 were each different tye of bichons. First was a bolognese who died at age 10 of autoimmune issues. My wife died lasy year and our Bolonka died shortly yheresdter. She had liver shunts which we managed with an internal medicine vet here in DFW texas. She died at age 14 last year. My final dog of this last batch is still living she is a hybrid of my bolonkda’s father and a bolognese. She is now 15 . I’m exploring to find a good sourced of my next dog after this one. I liked my Bolonka most but she was tiny at 5 lbs but wonderful. I’m considering a bolognese as well. Just found you on yu tube today.

I love how her tail wagged throughout; she is clearly as happy as she is beautiful! 🐾❤ I have a Havanese and I do not have her in a full show coat. She is in a ‘puppy cut’-she goes to the groomer every 12-13 weeks. Of course she still requires in home coat maintenance (brushing, bathing etc) which I do but I have a professional groomer (I have had the same groomer for 10 years!) actually trim her hair (which continuously grows). Do most Bolonka owners keep their dogs in full show coat even if they are just beloved pets (no plan to ever show)? Or do most keep their dog somewhat trimmed or slightly trimmed? Thank you for your patience regarding my questions 🐾❤
