Because I could lift the dumbbells naturally and then start breathing after a natural contraction in and out and then at the end I could lower the dumbbells breathing naturally during eccentric. No need to breathe out or in during the first concentric and last eccentric right?
I'll just focus on responding to all the questions in this comment for easier reading. First off, great questions! The purpose and key to note of this type of breathing is to exhale on exertion. Most hold their breath or simply don't breathe at all. So the important factor to note, say for a curl. Is to take a breath, exhale while lifting the weight up, and if necessary inhale at the peak and exhale while lowering the weight. It's all about core control which helps us in our output of force. Because if you do your reps slowly, as most exercises should be performed to increase the impact of them, exhaling through the most difficult part of the reps is natural and helps the body more. Great questions again.

Why u talk about in and out and then u say u have to exhale and inhale. What’s the trick? Do we have to start breathing normal and then after a few reps exhale during concentric and inhale during eccentric? Or how? And what do u do when do the last rep? Because u are gonna finish inhaling as u lower the weight for bicep curl. And then? And then does your body exhale naturally after the last rep and u have lowered the weight?
