I'm in the process of building mine in a lot zoned for single family residential. If you are looking into this the first thing is forget the word Barndominium....get used to say " steel frame home".

I would say it varies on location, materials, and impact fees.
That one, I wouldn't build one like that, I've seen so many better looking ones outside and inside, so yes me personally I plan on building one in Delaware hopefully within the next 3 to 5 years

I first noticed barndominiums in 2015 I wish I could've made it happen then! The prices have tripled! Thanks for your video great info!!

How much cost a barndo
Hi there! Prices can vary depending on many factors. However, in FL, it can range from $62-$152 per sq ft.
What about the Pre Fab ones.steel and wood what’s your information u have this
I will have to look into the prefab one. I will also see if I can actually find a property that’s prefab. Is that something you would like a video on? As far as still, I would say, is pretty much the same as barn dominium because it is made out of metal as well. I am not a big fan of wood due to termites. However, if you’re looking towards wood, it would lack a video on that as well. I would be more than happy to do so for you.

Thank you for the nice preview. I thought I had seen it all -- To me, it looks like a metal building (like Palm Harbor Homes). What are the approximate costs per square foot? Is there a company that you are aware of that specializes in these structures?
What did the unfinished barndo cost... and on a lot of what size.
The total cost came out to $428K. I am not 100% sure on the lot size, but it could not be more than an acre. That was not disclosed to us.
