what other small scan tools can use web browser like this one does?
you guys should do videos on how to's because we bought this and are lost when it comes to some thing
it still requires a laptop to do any programing and tech support is sketchy at best. It has been highly misrepresented. When we bought it we were assured it would do it all but then when we tried to flash a 2012 Chevrolet ECM numerous calls to tech support the sad reality was reveled. Plus absolutely no information or instructions on how to use the VCI to program
I have this tool. Half the time it doesn’t want to even read the vin of the vehicle I’m working on. It also has no storage space to even update apps that came on the device.
You cannot see this from home it's bluetooth not wifi you have to physically have a phone within 25 feet paired up to be able to see it.

where to buy
Something pretty cool I found out about this device is if you remove the red silicone there is a micro sd card slot to increase the storage. I personally added a 512gb sd card and it runs so smooth and I actually have room to save screen shots to show to my customers as well as having enough storage to update.
25 bucks per car for 30 days. throw it in the garbage
For real dumb subscription models like that are the biggest ripoff

Does it just tell you you HAVE a parasitic draw? Won't a dead battery tell you that? I was hoping it would identify at least the circuit taking the power, to save you the fuse-pulling.
That's what an amp hound is for.
Can bus Sniffer
Can you attach an external battery bank or plug it into an extension to run it longer than the internal battery alone?
In the event of an overload does it trip some safety like a fuse or resetable circuit breaker.
Self resetting circuit breaker
The instructions state that battery only last 10 mins for the battery saver so is unplugging the car battery a good idea if your going g yo let test run over night?
10m with a 10amp draw. Most parasitic draws won’t go past 1amp, usually I see them sub 300milliamps. It also has a usb plug, so we might be able to hook up a boost pack for even longer testing. Like overnight.

Matco tools may have a release exclusive on it my matco dealer has a couple on his truck.
I emailed the company. They said Matco didn't have an "exclusive" on it, but they did buy up the entire first run. Another month or two & more should be hitting the open market.

How weird...it's like it doesn't even exist.
It’s almost like it’s not a real tool for some reason. I’ll find it though if it’s available but power probe doesn’t even have it on its site.

I bought mine from my Matco dealer (tool truck) I believe you can only get them through Matco (what I was told)
