WEEK OF WORKOUTS: what I ate, lululemon 5K run, yoga, gym, etc. 🏃🏻♀️
6 days of workouts and staying active ₊˚⊹♡
I've been running more and did a lululemon 3 mile run/jog with friends this week! As someone who struggled running one mile a little over a month ago, I had a lot of fun improving my endurance. Also cooked healthy meals, dined out, and tried hatha yoga for the first time. I recorded the voiceover on my laptop mic so the volume adjustment was a little off - will work on fixing this for future videos. Anyways I hope you enjoy watching my workout routine for the week & I'll see you in my next video :)

When I was in the hostel, I lost 10 kg in 3 months. Now I'm at home. I have been trying a lot to lose weight. I do exercise for one hour, but I can't lose weight like before.😢
Ahh you got this! I noticed that my weight fluctuated quite a bit when I wasn't eating well or doing cardio, maybe switching up the activity could help so your body doesn't get used to it? It's still great that you're exercising though <3
