What they produce is nice. But it's hard to watch when you know they have almost completely wiped out all of the forests in the country. So, seeing all of those young trees and saplings at the beginning of the video is a perfect example of how they aren't even trying to repair the damage they've done. They're doing the complete opposite. It's tragic.

this type of coloring by lathe lasts forever, I saw a few pieces of furniture that are several hundred years old (from Mughol Era) but the color still shines like new

Superb craftsmanship, I've never seen anything like it they certainly are masters of there craft, I'd really like to know what the coloured finishing sticks are made of I guess it's a coloured wax of some kind, the skill of the engraver is unbelievable he's applying just enough pressure to cut through the layers to reveal the colour he wants.
