2025 Manx MX Club Round 1 Race 3
Race 3.
A decent start and a good first lap.
The track was getting really rough, so sapping energy from the riders with every lap.
Fewer mistakes in this race and good pace made for a best finish on the day of p6, in amongst some fast competition.

2025 Manx MX Club Championship - Round 1 - Race 2

After the bike feeling a bit ‘tucky’ in the first race, a fiddle with the sag and a few clicks on the clickers and back on the line for Race 2. Some heavy engine braking from the 250 caught Harry out early on, causing an off. That meant most of the race ran on his own chasing down the pack. It was only on the last lap we started to see some roost flying! Good pace though, just need to stay on !...

A great event and a brilliant show at the Peveril MCC Enduro. Harry rode well, onboard the 2018 CRF250R, finished a long race and managed to take the win in the Adult B's/Clubman class. The camera didn't manage a full lap though :-)

Race3 was the last for the day. Another decent start, but another good one from #135 GK who sent one up the inside. Had to work hard in this to get into the lead, after a great early battle with The Bullet. The camera gets a bit of roost in this, but hang on for the wipe shortly after. A similar race to the first, the Bullet was off to a flyer. A first corner incident in the Adult B's left a live chicane on the track, which allowed #135 G Kinnish to blast up the inside to leave Harry in 3rd. Race 3 A bit of a wobble out of the gate for Harry and the lads were off. A 4th place exit from the first corner so pace and passes were needed early to keep the bullet in sight. No plans to at the moment, but we are hoping to go 250F next year, still undecided 😉 Are you riding it? We did '23 and '24, ace event !!

@@JamiePrentice122 we didn’t get an entry in time for Bridgestone, but hopefully will get to do a few wild cards. 125’s are still ready to go and an option, but hoping to swap em early next year, for 250f. all in the air for now. 🤪🤪🤪🤪 Once sorted on the machine, we’ll have to see what spaces are left and where 👀🤔😎👍🏻

All the bikes in the first turn were orange. Really like your soft dirt tracks. Most of the race tracks in the U.S. are hard as concrete.

looks strong and sounds good! any recommendations on making sure the bike runs as well as possible? also are you running stock ecu?
Stock ecu, we only added a HGS front and back pipe. Stick to 40:1, use a decent oil. We use Castrol XR77 or Motul 800. One essential job is to regularly dismantle and re-grease the swinging arm linkage. Got 60 hours on it now, no major issue, top end every 20 hours. 😎👍🏻

@@ShandRacing46 no i don’t have any pics but i’m 13 and ride a lot. If i did them at 20 it would cost me 100 bucks a month😂 but if it starts acting weird or losing power i always tear it down to check.

I'm no mechanic, so what does 19.5hrs mean?
19.5 hours of use from brand new. Most MX riders change the piston and bearings inside their engines, anywhere from 10 hours use to 80 hours use. Usually depending on how hard it's ridden and how many coppers are in the bank 😁

Yep, 125cc class only. We entered thinking it was a 'youth' 125, but there are adult blokes with beards and tattoos ripping around in this too 😎✊

Where did you get your parts? I have my cylinder off an no pistons available until October! Can’t find a single one online for these bikes, oem or aftermarket.
