I am not quite 40 I will be 40 this August. However, everything you said hit home for me. I am so proud of you for sticking it out and not giving up. I am the queen of emailing my professors and calling the dean. You WILL NOT mess up my grade. We pay way to much for that mess. I start at Chamberlain in January at the Atlanta campus.
@@sonteriawilliams5697 yes. My cousin just started at a community college and they changed her grade from a C to an F with no explanation. I encouraged her to email her professor and when he didn't reply email the dean. We have to advocate for ourselves. Congratulations and best of luck to you on your journey.

I will be 56 this February and I start LPN program this January. I must say I am a little nervous. But I’m determined to do this and pass!

Congratulations on making the time to do something for you! I’m in the process of completing my last prerequisite and reviewing materials to take the TEAS exam. Fingers crossed I am accepted into the bridge program and am able to complete a concurrent RN-BSN program. Oh I too just turned 40 and decided I’m ready to further my education, my children however are 1 and 10.

Congratulations 🎉. I am 41 and actually re-entering my program next week bc this past summer, I failed a dosage exam by 2 points 3 weeks before I was to graduate 😢. Please practice your Dimensional Analysis! I am excited to go on this journey with you 😊

😳 I use Mielle on my kids hair .. it works so good .. I never heard about a lawsuit tho .. the video cuts off .. can you do a part 2 and say what products to use instead? I’m white so I didn’t grow up around those products but my kids are mixed and I try to take care of my kids hair the best I can but those products are expensive to try when your blindly buying them .. when the Mielle products works I just stuck with those .. but anyways now I’m rambling.. can you please do a part 2!!

I’m 42 and I just applied to an ABSN program. I am retired Navy, and I am licensed esthetician who had a baby a year after retirement at 40 years old🤦🏾♀️ I this will be my 3rd degree, but this is the only one I really want.

Woukd love to hear more about balancing nursing school and family/ marriage, im thinking hard about this journey but will be newlywed soon and worried about the long hours involved with studying and the actual nursing career
