    I moved away from canned beans because of the sodium. I use to rinse the sodium off too but this salad has me tempted to buy some canned beans just to make this salad. 😊

    If I didn't use oil during the massage process would it have any impact on the kale softness? I use a tahini based dressing so I got my oil ratios covered

      Generally speaking, it just depends on when and how you plan to use it. If you're meal prepping for the week, chopping your pepper in advance is a good strategy for reducing overall prep time. If you don't plan on using your pepper right away, better to keep it whole. I hope this helps 🙂
