I got promoted recently to a QA role and my manager who was otherwise ok with but now as i do markdowns he reach out to me with lots of contradictions
Even when I was a QA, I felt the same. But, once we understand that the job of QA is not to take out errors but process improvement, you will sail in the same boat as your manager. With that being said, we should not stop ourselves from markdowns...
