Straight down from where you are standing, on the same side of the creek that you are standing. Work your way through there. I have caught a few over 20 inches right throught there.
I just went to this spot yesterday for the first time and caught 6 rainbows and 4 Dollie’s in an hour! I was using tube jigs and paddle tail swim baits from sierra slammers. They loved the more natural colors!

Keep ‘em in water, won’t have to worry about them hitting there head. Nice fish!
I use my net more and more in practice so I can be more consistent in keeping them wet, and improving my release success. This is not the best example, I will admit. Better footage to come next run. Perfection isn't possible but improving and refining techniques is always my goal. Thanks for your comment. The more you can keep a fish you intend on releasing in the water, the better off the fish will fare. Practice this. Amen.
Unless you’re keeping your fish, you should get a rubber net. The rubber coated string ones apparently aren’t great for the fish either
Great short video. Super informative. you said you were going to keep some of those trout; you should consider trying a catch and cook video, they get a lot of views and are fun to watch. If you're keeping the fish anyways, you may as well try including that process in your videos.
I have considered doing just that, I'm sure this winter it will happen. Thank you for your input and for enjoying my video.

Thank you. Yes I do like worms for trout. This particular time of year, as the salmon spawn has just ended the beads are getting the attention. Personally I'd rather float worms, but beads are getting the bites.
