I have the game through steam and I downloaded the GWX mod but when I do the installer it tells me that I have to install it in a folder of the SH3 game of version 1.4tb, I don't understand that part, I looked and in steam I don't Let me change the version, and I created a lot of storage space and it didn't work either... can anyone help me? I really want to play this mod.. Is this mod that Alex made precisely for that error?

Hello, does anyone know why when I fire a torpedo it sinks immediately? It doesn't happen to me with all of them. I don't think it's a torpedo failure because I have it disabled. I appreciate the help.

I once had them ship identification tags below the Flaggen tab like indicated here but now I do not. I am sure I had a different version installed once upon a time. I now use the latest and greatest onealex verison. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get them back? Take care all.

Amazingly detailed graphics for such an old game with this mod. However, it might be too hardcore for me, having only played Silent Service 1 on my Commodore 64 lol I really like how One Alex did his 1920 X 1080 widescreen implementation. Is there any way to transfer than to the vanilla non-GWX SH3 game or is it hardcoded into onealex? I should start out with the base SH3 game, I think.

Good morning, Alex. I have recently discovered your mod and downloading it as I type this. I played GXW Gold years ago and enjoyed it. After that I moved on to Living Silent Hunter 3. I've had some trouble getting the latest version, 2022, to customize as I would like, so began to search for another supermod. I will give yours a try. One thing I liked about LSH was that you could track a convoy, send contact reports and have BdU assemble a wolf pack. In a recent career patrol with LSH-2020 I was able to home a wolf pack onto the convoy. As I observed the convoy I saw ships being hit and sunk; with no aircraft in sight I attributed this to the wolf pack. I have also seen planes attack ships and convoys I was myself attacking. I do hope your mod includes this wonderful feature. Thank you for sharing your mod. I am looking forward to further enjoyment of this classic game.

Glad to be able to run SH3 again without crashes. Wonderful work! Only issues I have (and they are probably just old habits) are quick release of time compression key (backspace) isn't near + or - keys as before and gauges for fuel, CO2, etc. are two clicks away instead of moving mouse to edge. There is one thing I would like to mention, though. I am color blind and the numbers under the speed, rudder, and depth gauges are invisible to me on the F5 navigation screen as the gray background doesn't provide enough contrast.

sh3 onelax help Can you play sh3 onelax mod using sh3exec, or do you have to use sh3 commander? Been trying to play for a week and can't get it to play. It loads then wide screen loads then red bar loade all the way across ,then it stops right there . Does it have a long loading time after that ? I'm stumped don't know what else to do. Could sure some help with this problem . REPLY
