If you can go to a tire place, they can check your tires--you might have picked up a nail or screw and they could repair with a simple "plug." I think it's pretty inexpensive to have that done. Ardean has had to put plugs in his semi tires all the time:-) and then the tire continues on and on.

Sometimes one of the worst parts about customer service is... well, the customers lol. But one of my coworkers gave me this advice: when a customer is irate or starts to get loud, they are usually upset about a situation, not about anything that you yourself did (ex: if someone wants a refund, but you tell them that the company has a no refund policy, they might get angry and get a nasty attitude on the phone with you, however they're not pissed that you told them the policy, but rather they're pissed that the company has that policy and won't let their employee make an exception for them), This has been one of the most useful reminders for me, and something that I am constantly reinforcing in my brain. Although it's also important to remember that there are some people who want to voice their irritation just for the sake of being heard, and are looking for more of a "verbal punching-bag" than an actual solution. When I encounter someone like that, I've found that it's usually best to let them yap, acknowledge that they've been heard, then give some sort of courtesy apology about their frustration or experience. Sometimes I even say that I'll pass the feedback along to my manager (which I actually do if it's a reasonable complaint... otherwise, I either won't bother telling anyone or just use the call as a "fun work story"). Anyway, there's my mini novel on one way I stop customer service stress from killing my mental health entirely lol. Hope it's at least a little useful/interesting! As always, thank you for being so candid on your channel, it's really endearing and refreshing <3 Much love!
