Announced today: the release of a remastered version of Dear Mr Fantasy: A Celebration for Jim Capaldi, the tribute concert held in Jim's honour in 2007.
The performance from London's Roundhouse venue was captured on film and will now be released on blu-ray for the first time, with a double CD soundtrack. Featuring restored HD visuals and remastered 5.1 surround sound, the evening saw Jim's friends and peers come together to honour his legacy. Performances from Yusuf / Cat Stevens, Steve Winwood, Pete Townshend, Paul Weller, Joe Walsh, Gary Moore and many others are included.
The package is housed in a clamshell box with an illustrated booklet featuring many images of the performances. Dear Mr Fantasy will be released in April, and is available to pre-order now: cherryred.co/DearMrFantasy
