Super explanation❤
Useful video
This is very informative video
Very useful video beginners❤
❤❤
I tried to analyse my PPI network with bingo. But when i opened it in cytoscape, I could not extend it. The start button is below my laptop task bar. I tried to uphold that but couldnot. How can I solve that problem.
Kindly use the String database string-db.org/ to analyze the PPI network.
mam please make a video on clustering 🙏
Sure
Could you build a playlist in your youtube channel and group vedios?... It would be really conveniant
Sure
awesome tutorial, pls share the link of result interpretation tutorial
Thank you for this video 😀
I really need this video, thank you ma'am❤
Really helpful💯
Perfectly explained😍 Steps for protein preparation 1. Select the protein of Interest 2. Load molecule in Vina tool 3. EDIT - delete water 4. Add Hydrogens - add polar hydrogens 5. Charges - add Kollman charges *python shell pops up* 6. Save file in *pdbt format.
Yes, correct
Can we download 80 files in one command ?
Yes
😍 I'm just waiting for my new laptop.. nd I'll try it out for sure.. so nicely explained..🥰🙏🏻🙌🏻so helpful

Yes
Please is there a way to go export the results
It is shown in the video itself there is "Export results" option available.
Can we search list of smiles in single search if not then what tool can i use?
Yes you can provide list of smiles
Great! Hope to see Bioinformatics blooming in the near future with more advancements in Healthcare saving patient lives and improving human life
@Bioinformatics_Made_Easy
HELLO MAM, great video. But towards the end maybe you saved the file accidentally as pdbq and not pdbqt format. One more dilemma im still facing is mam before directly incorporating the protein do i need to check the missing residues and how to go through the process of proper protein preparation. Kindly help. Thankyou, your sincere follower.
Yes its write, you have to save in .pdbqt and you can check the protein of residues information. All the best Thanks
Felt really grateful by your response. Thank you@@Bioinformatics_Made_Easy
Ma'am I missed your yesterday class. And I installed latest version of R 4.3.2 should I continue with this Dear ma'am?
