Finger Pool Road Hustle (Bet What Ya Want)
Thank you so much for this. I've been doing the brief pause on the last backstroke but i'm having a hard time making it consistent because i have years of bad habits. This drill especially the 1 missisipi helps a lot with my consistency. I invented different wordings. just made sure it's 5 syllables. waiting for the cue ball to stop before getting up also helps a lot. I'm consistent now and my pocketing has improved a lot. thanks a million.
Morning Dan Mulhollen, I was wondering what brand of tip you put on this McDermott cue? This cue looks so much better now. I like watching your channel so I can see how this kind of restoration is done and also how you or the manufacturer do repairs, and why it takes time to repair cues. Now I understand why having your cue well maintained and care for can make the cue last so much longer. I have a McDermott model D9 that came with a nylon wrap when I bought it. When that wrap started to come apart I took it to a billard store and the shop owner suggested that I put irish linen wrap. What a difference it made. Look forward to seeing your next video.
beautiful Table
Thank you!
I got a question about the pause. You are not saying to keep a second pause all the time just use the drill to enforce that part of the stroke right to keep you from getting quick?
Correct only do this during the drill to over train your subconscious. Thank you for watching!
Good job hun
Try this drill before every tournament, th-cam.com/play/PLQ3nKaajLZr8LBXrogbAKlS0o0z3OqZNs.html&si=aOD4tELcv3VpSjNP
Master ball cleaner lol, dude give me your man card. Good video all kidding aside.
lol thanks!
how far away from lathe is the taper bar mounted? Did you purchase it or did you build it? Thank you
wana see more😁😁, sometimes all you can see is youre back. tanks for sharing
Yeah I’m making a camera mount for the wall lol
Can you change a conical taper shaft to pro taper
On most shafts, yes
@mulhollenbilliardschannel654 it is a doug perry laminated shaft
As long as it’s not cored or anything it should be fine to pro taper
What's name of that lathe
It’s a cuesmith midsize… great lathe
Thanks for watching! 1000 views!
Whoops wrong account lol
great work, I have the exact same cue lathe. Still an amateur at this, my only problem is I have a lot of BREAKING TIPS falling off on impact. Playing cues hardly ever happens. I tried every glue possible, I let it sit for 24 hrs. any suggestions for a rookie.
Have you tried the glue I used in this video along with accelerate? Sand with 120 grit and use tape to remove dust. I haven’t had any issues with that method
Great video! I could watch this type of thing all day!
Sweet I’ll keep them coming! Meucci resto coming next
Is there a way to know what tips give the best feel without personally trying each one? How do people pick?
I am continuing a video series on this exact topic! Episode 1 is on the channel. I’ll be doing another one soon
Great video. Please help me select the correct bumpers to replace them. I have a 1998 approximately leisure Bay billiards table 8 foot long. The bumper measures 1 3/16 across the bottom and 1 1/8 across the cloth side and 1 1/16 on the rubber side. The bumper has a sticker that says championship, traditional by championship products. The bumper is currently has the cloth side up. When I measured the angle on the table from the bottom side, I got 55°. Bumper point is 1 3/8 above the table top
Nice Work 👍
Thanks ✌

Ok now do it 8ft away lol
I will be doing a full video. My shafts are ultra low deflection. I have about 300 shafts sold and they have great reviews. Both CF and Kielwood
.......in my Maidenform , bra !
is cuetec chroma avid shaft pro tapered?
Yes it is.
Jesus, stop using so much water...
Cue is fully sealed. Should affect anything. Also haven’t ran into any issues, but maybe I will cut back to be safe
@@mulhollenbilliardschannel654 You can dry-sand. The wet sand just helps with the heat. Just don't crank on it for a hour, shoukd be good.
what type of finish did you use on the butt end of the cue? what type of finish or sealer did you use on the shaft?
CA finish and I use a thinned zinsser sealer
Your four inches from the ball it’s only going to matter 3 to four feet or more away
I do way more tests for deflection than just this. Was just a quick TH-cam short
Earlier you mentioned that the shaft was out of round. However during the waxing process it looked to be spinning pretty true. At what point did that change if it did? I found this video very satisfying to watch. Thanks for the content!
If I remember it was only out of round up near the ferrule end where the shaft was delaminated. It wasn’t the whole shaft.
@mulhollenbilliardschannel654 Ah I see. That would make sense. The best to you in the new year
Thanks you as well!
What type of tape is that black tape? I tried electrical tape to hide the gaps in the light, but it doesn’t stay on for long because of the heat.
It’s a paper thin black tape that comes with the new lights. Black duct tape works best imo
Idk what’s better the shot or the song😩😩
The song for sure! 🐐
Danny, nice practice session. On your break are you doing a 1/2 ball hit on the 1?
Roughly yes, I envision the ghost ball contact point as if I am breaking from the side.
Is that kielwood shaft? Is deflection comparable to let’s say Predator 314 and how long it will take for you to ship it if someone orders it?
Yes it is, the deflection will be slightly less than a 314 shaft. Especially if I go with a normal 1/2” low deflection ferrule.
Hi, great video. I’m restoring a GC1. Made in 1961. I am to this point. Do I order the K55 super speeds or something else?? Please if you have time give me feedback back. Thank you sir.
All the cushions are very close in performance. If money isn’t an option get atemis or black diamond K55. If you’d like to save a little. Get superspeeds or championship
Linkin park in the background 😍
I got my kids addicted lol
What material is this ferrule made of?
That was a low deflection material similar to what comes on the older Meucci’s. However I now do think much differently lol. I want to make this video again
Question, i did exactly what you did but for some reason it's not exactly bouncy like I wanted it to be. Any suggestions?
What brand and model of table?
@@mulhollenbilliardschannel654 it's an 8ft American heritage, and the model I don't know.
It's an American heritage 8ft table, I don't know the model unfortunately.
American heritage take k66 profile cushions. Is that what you used?
K55, that sucks 😞
How do I order the cleaner/polish spray solution?

Bad vid can’t see anything
Yeah don’t know why it cut so much off when it uploaded. I’m gunna do a long form video on my shafts
@ thanks
@@mulhollenbilliardschannel654 I’d like too but where can I see all your cues
Best place is on my business facebook page. DMIII Custom Cues!
Kinda looks like my old huebler break jump joint with little black line
Yeah that joint insert is very similar
How does one go about the purchase of such a beautiful shaft ?
Best way is on my facebook page. DMIII Cues and Pro Shop! Hope to hear from you.
Pretty good! Keep them coming❤️
We will momma
How many tries?
That was insane 😮
Thanks lol.
wonder how much the cue lathe
It was 1,800 shipped. But I got all add ons to build cues
Get these likes up!
Good stuff!
Great shots here
Appreciate it!
Nice one mate 👌🏻
Thanks ✌️
What type of sticker is this? Decal?
I have a friend that has a sign and graphic company. He made it for me. Turned out really cool. I have 1 more if you’d want it
Table looks great. I have a GC1 that has Brunstone instead of slate. What felt cleaner did you use?
Thanks! I like the championship brand cleaner
Love the long points. 8 pointer?
Yep!
