I truly miss Des in HOF. He made a HUGE impression on me the first time I ever saw them. The way he just 1000 yard stares as he plays, and his head bobs back and forth. Hard hitting, brutal, I'll never forgot that night (opened for Meshuggah).

An absolute machine. He makes it look so efffortless (until he's finished and is clearly and understandably a bit puffed out! :D). I once skipped up to a balcony at a venue in which I was able to see over the top of his kit. Mesmerising. As a non-drumming fellow myself I can never quite believe he can remember all those crazy fills! I'll really miss seeing him perform with HoF. All the best to you Master DK.
