What you're saying is true bro. I remember asking a family member to supervise the fencing of a piece of land that i want to build on and he made a mess of it. This was two years ago. After spending 2 million naira to fence a plot of land I gave up. Later found out from my cousin that the workers come there in the morning, do a few lines of block, eat from the woman pushing barrow to sell her food, then they sleep. In the evening they go and collect their pay. When i called my family member supervising the project, he denied it asking why I should believe someone else and not him. Even when i raised the issue of the money spent not finishing the fence. Now I know better.

This information is correct. I have spent 36 million naira on my 4 bedrooms bungalow, including the landscaping. So, this man is correct.
