Our first dive of the day on North Double Ledges. Beautiful weather brought good water conditions. We encountered two juvenile turtles at about eighty feet. Enjoy.

At 9:30 in the video I encountered a Spotted Eagle Ray. I'm glad we decided to continue to snorkel the trail from west to east. You never know what you will see at the Blue Heron Bridge. That's what makes it a world renown scuba/snorkel site.

In part one, we completed the snorkel trail from east to west enjoying better visibility today and seeing a couple spotted moray eels along the way. We also encountered plenty of scuba divers and other snorkelers. Hope you enjoy the video.

Low visibility adds a different perspective and challenge to snorkeling and scuba diving. Being skilled at underwater navigation is crucial. Stoplight parrotfish, Sergeant Major Fish, Queen Angelfish, and Jellyfish all made their presence known.

We got a late start Sunday morning, but still managed to get in an hour of snorkeling at the Blue Heron Bridge. Visibility was better than it has been for the past month. A large Spotted Moray Eel and Queen Angelfish are the highlights of this video. You'll also see Stoplight Parrotfish, plenty of Sergeant Major Fish, Starfish, Jellyfish and more. My second epic dive of the day with Narcosis on Ron's Rock. More green moray eels, and a goliath grouper. Can you spot the nicely camouflaged stonefish?

An epic dive with Narcosis on Flower Garden Reef. The weather, surface conditions, current, water temperature, and visibility were all perfect. I saw multiple green moray eels, a stone fish, and even a lemon shark.

Under stormy skies, we did our first morning snorkel at the Blue Heron Bridge. There was plenty of aquatic life to observe including the ever-present and curious sergeant major fish, and a resident spotted eel.

In this video I was drift diving in eighty feet of water on the North Double Ledges and Mid Reef off Palm Beach. This is the first time I've used my new red filter on the GoPro. We sailed for the first time on Margaritaville at Sea's "Paradise" cruise ship to Freeport, Grand Bahama. We then hired a taxi to take us to Paradise Cove. Once at Paradise Cove we snorkeled over the man-made reef modules and then followed a guided group of snorkelers out to Dead Man's Reef and deeper water. Part two of our snorkel at the Blue Heron Bridge on September 20, 2024. We saw an excellent variety of aquatic life including our resident spotted eel, invertebrate, both hard and soft corals, and the ever-present Sergeant Major fish.

This has to be our best snorkel at the Blue Heron Bridge so far. We entered the water at the west entry point, swimming out to the hammerhead shark statues. We then followed the snorkel trail east across the reef modules. Another great day snorkeling at the Blue Heron Bridge. The visibility wasn't the greatest today, but the fish didn't care, and neither did we. Enjoy.

Following our second dive on the Fourth Window Reef we had some welcome visitors. Alena was quick to alert us, so we had a short swim with the dolphins. Absolutely beautiful day with the crew of Narcosis and our friendly visitors.
