Act wise and be wise to gain power in a situation
Me-focused way of thinking exerts no wisdom, no power, and is totally overrated in today's world.

    Worrying about "looking good to others" is STUPID GASLIGHTING of the public: stupid baseless ASSUMPTIONS about what they MIGHT think.

    Loved your idea Moritz that a system out of alignment suffers inefficiency. So every time we uncover something where we were not free, we align better and there's more movement and power in our life. Appreciate you sharing these conversations.

      The uncovering does not necessarily lead to alignment yet your willingness to acknowledge and take responsibility does.

    Wonderfull insight. When we think about how to do something the risk of overcomplicating often is present, when we do something we learn it might be infinitely easier.

    Looking forward to this. It all seems so simple. It feels like bringing your freedom into the light! I am very curious what I will find out about myself ... It already comes to mind that I am still very much holding back and keeping myself small in front of my parents. And 'am I doing it right' has always been a big one for me. 'I am what I say I am in the moment!:: love it! ❤

    I love Nina's energy: really grounded, down to earth, no BS! I can see where I am 'doing a lot' or 'chasing the gold' to avoid facing the insecurities my mind is tricking me into. Also I need to relearn the idea that (good) things take time. Here it helps that this idea is in a way comforting, since I have always been stressing myself to be 'the best in whatever in no time'. Thank you both!

Patience and perseverance was my second take. Since am impatient. But the solution will be to always remind myself of my “why” - why did I choose to be a coach. To serve. That should quieten my mind. 2 amazing men full of loving kindness, I can feel how much you have in your hearts just listening to both of you. So inspiring! I love what Ankush said “You can’t outgive the universe”. I have heard so many times that I am “too good for my own good”, or “you have to be a wolf in this world if you want to survive” but I don’t believe it’s true and you are both living proof that being kind is a strength, not a weakness. Beautiful! And I have to say this shifts the ideas I had of who I am being as a professional AND as a human being. I see there really is no difference in who you are being in you business and in your private life. You can only BE and come from the idea's you decide to stick to. Those ideas will influence the WHOLE of your being and not little segments of who you are since that is just impossible. This is what sticks out for me: *How do you show up in the world: as someone who really cares about people - what do I REALLY CARE ABOUT?? - as someone who really comes from the highest state, LOVE!? > I can still sense some insecurity about me WANTING TO GET something IF I am expected to GIVE something *You can’t outgive the Universe! *Where are you really coming from? >I realize that part of what I do is still rooted in FEAR, it comes from a place where I believe I am not good enough for the work I do, because I am tired, for example. I have this idea that in the state where I am in now - tired, not fit, not well, imperfect - I can not provide the high quality service I expect myself to give to others. Thank you both so much for your love, commitment and these insights! 🙏❤✨

  • @anngrutman
    @anngrutman ปีที่แล้ว

    Really love this. This is what I got out of your conversation: *Stick with your ‘Coffee machine energy’ *Imposter Syndrome: ‘I hope others won’t see that I ALSO don’t know what I am doing’ - ‘also’ 😉. Instead lower your walls. *Get away from this image of ‘superhumans’! *You needing to be ‘brilliant’ while trying to serve the other just gets in your way. It will undermine your level of service. *Allow yourself, make space to be impressed by your client instead of the other way around. Stop wanting to be ‘special’. Moreover this anecdote came to my mind: I remember a public speaking coach giving the advice to other (aspiring) speakers to make sure they ‘do not start out their speech with statements like ‘I’m feeling a bit nervous’’. This did not seem right to me. I could literally feel the tension building up inside of me imagining that you would have to hide your imperfectness when getting up on a stage hoping to connect with your audience. To me it felt that showing and incorporating your flaws could INCREASE the level of connection with your listeners as a speaker because we all know how it is to feel nervous but go for it anyway! Thank you so much, Moritz and Rich! 🙏❤✨
