AMX Ghibli - 80th Anniversary 103° Group - Indians - Italeri 1/72 | Full build
Italeri 1/72 Scale Model Aircraft
This video shows step by step the entire build of assembly, painting and weathering of the ITALERI 1/72 scale AMX Ghibli kit.
On Feb. 15, 2023, the 51st Wing of the Italian Air Force celebrated at Istrana Air Base the 80th anniversary of the 103rd Group.
Although it is no longer operational but absorbed within the 132nd Group, the 103rd Group has remained in the hearts of 51st Wing personnel, who thus wanted to celebrate the 80th anniversary 103rd Flight Group by making an AMX Special Color with a livery that recalls the "Indians," the nickname given to 103rd Flight Group pilots.
This model is intended to reproduce the aircraft that was used in the 80th anniversary celebration of the fighter group.

Hey, this is sick. I want to recreate something similar for a project, could you let me know what supplies I would need?
Thank you! For the base you need a sheet of polystyrene at least 2cm thick, vinyl glue, hot glue, two-component resin for the water, some sand, various paints ... I think this is what is needed!

Because the kit needs to be painted 🤟🏻

Equal to the opportunity to learn your technique and deftness, this was a genuine delight to watch! Thank you for your expertise and deftness. I cannot afford these kits, and the ancillary accoutrements (detail sets, paints, research monographs, etc.), so I take my satisfaction vicariously. Lo importante es q te lo hayas pasado bien haciendo este gran diorama .La idea principal del modelismo es divertirte haciendolo ...luego ya vendra la documentación y el rigor histórico pero siempre antes la diversion
Totalmente de acuerdo! Es obvio que sería bueno hacer todo de la mejor manera, pero como ya dije en los videos anteriores y en este tambien, es mi primera vez que hago algo que no sean aviones y por ende no estoy muy informado sobre todo lo que son vehiculos y tanques...pero bueno, cadauno es libre de expresarse como quiere ☺️ De toda manera agradezco tu comentario 😊

The wrong tank, No large hatch M4A2's were used on Iwo Jima. The figures are wearing US Army uniforms. US Marines landed in green cotton herringbone utility uniforms. Marines also had a camouflage helmet cover. The USMC camouflage uniform was no longer used on Iwo Jima. The shoulder fired recoilless rifle was not used.
So did I get it all wrong? Forgive me for not having your knowledge on this, I trusted what the assembly kits said. The tank was listed specifically for Iwo Jima and the figures are sold as USMC figures. I am not an armour expert, this is the first time for me, don't crucify me! 😉
