It certainly can, but not always! One of my daughters loved to draw. So we got her scrap books, artist paper, and special pencils for drawing and it was like $150 for the whole package. We did it as a Christmas present. Then we found a used tablet for $100 a year later. Point is, do what you can with what you got! It doesn't always take a lot of money to help your children flourish in their gifting. Remember, we don't have to get them in the most expensive classes or equipment just to fan the flame. Be creative!

That's the thing.. doing that makes you your own god, yet there is no objective truth by which you can base value or morality or anything from. I am not interesting in having a god in my own image. That's a failure of all failures.

I personally like the PTU-2U better. Remember, I'm a rapper. The PTU-2U seems to cut through a little better, has a better feel when holding it, is more durable, and the natural EQ to it seems to work better for me. That being said, if you're using them as speaking mics I don't think it really makes a difference. I would probably opt for the PTU-7000 for a speaking mic, but when it comes to performances I like the PTU-2U better.
