I bet the one thing thats gonna make it perfect is yall are getting married or yall are pregnant!

The fact that without generational wealth (all those tools used, being able to just dig your water/power to your parents who live a walkable distance away, being able to stay somewhere else while your house is being complete, etc., etc.), this would probably be just as expensive, if not more than buying a normal house. Not being a jerk, just being realistic about things. It looks cool.

These prices are crazy! You really need to shop around better.
