Ok here's the deal dude, the Fairlady Z is a 300zx, the main difference is the driver controls are on the right side of the interior. All Z cars 240z thru 'Z' are marketed in the Japanese domestic market as Fairlady Z. In the early 1970's I lived in Japan (thank you uncle sam) for 4 years. That's when I discovered the Fairlady Z branding.
