I was thinking about eventually ordering one for my 2016 GLI. My only concern is whether or not it would block access to the rear tow hook, which appears to be the case. Do you think there’s a way to get around that? Perhaps with an aftermarket hook or strap?

You know if you slightly heated the deadner it’s more easy to smooth out

For almost 63 years old it's in really good shape .

Now you need some 10mm wheel spacers in the front 15mm in the rears and some brakes from the a gti with performance pack calipers 345mm in the front and 310 mm in the rear, pair them with some 2pc rotors from ECS Front and rear with steel braided lines. Sway Bar with adjustable links front n rear and a subframe brace. For the sway bar, you can go with 23 mm 24mm. Thank me later. 💯💯 that will cancel out the body roll.

is there vinyl in the intake manifolds slits? it looks super clean with it glossy like that and i forthe LIFE of me hate the way the intake manifold looks and how much dust it retains!!!!
