It should be extremely simple. No video can tell you with 100% certainity wether a supplement is good or bad. Any supplement may have a kind of placebo effect wherein you feel better about taking good care of your body. But no matter which supplement you are using, just get your blood work done before and after its consumption. That is the most certain, reliable way of supplementation. If the supplement works for you, as reflected in your blood work, then great! It won't matter if people/ influencers are bad mouthing it on social media platforms. On the other hand, if it does not substantially assuage your nutrient requirements, then look for a new supplement irrespective of the public opinion of the supplement. Cheers to Healthy Living.

There are 3 types of supplements; those to meet deficiencies because of an inadequate diet to prevent known disease, supplements for optimal health alleged by some scientists, and supplements purported to increase lifespan/health span. AG1 is just an overprices multivitamin, but some people like the drink form. Amazingly, it doesn't even have what I consider the best "supplements" everyone might benefit from: D3/K2 and magnesium (they only have 6% of Mg, insignificant}..

Also, search for Spanish surgeon Angel Escudero who performed surgical operations with no chemical anaesthesia. He developed Noesitherapy, literally healing by thinking. 🙏🏽

Depression isn't only in people who don't have girlfriends or the lifestyle they want. It can also happen after something like losing a loved one or having a traumatic experience.

I knew right away it was her! She fumbled on the "color" question, but she didn't fumble on anything else or beat around the bush. And I've been to eye doctor many times, and her answers were so detailed and confident. And I wouldn't expect an eye doctor to know how to revive someone. The Urologist was the most obvious fake. He knew nothing about what urologists do😂. And the pediatrician, who was my alternative guess, blew it with the phimosis comment. No one treats phimosis in babies. Foreskins aren't able to be retracted until the child is much older. If it would've been her, I was gonna say, "If I ever have a baby boy, I'm keeping him away from her!😂The dermatologist couldn't answer the easiest question and made so many gaffes. How could they possibly think it was her? I also think that the Asian guy was pre-med, based on his knowledge.
