This looks like Spain very narrow street with almost no pedestrian walk at all.

In the boulevard of dumaguete you can see a lot of expats during night time drinking and hanging out with young girls but seldom you can see expats doing exercises in the morning... I sometimes noticed expat early in the morning but still drinking not on exercise... 😬

I hope I will be able to visit San Juan again soon...

Dumaguete does not have beautiful beaches. You have to go outside of Dumaguete for good beaches and the waterfalls and it's also the city of gentle people not the city of smiles,🤣 maybe you should learn more about Dumaguete before you post incorrect information.
