Great video! Exactly what I was looking for!
non medical person watching who's just curious, but at 4:52 when he said "people in cardiac arrest always need restraints" was that a joke? i thought it was but the stone poker face is making me second guess, i thought people would be still but what do i know, i've never seen a cardiac arrest except in someone who was overdosing
A good portion of medical humor involves deadpan. In fact it's a prerequisite for working in the industry
it could possible be for someone having a seizure. the reason being is a seizure warrants a code blue alert. The soft restrains would probably be used on the patients arms and legs to keep them from interfering with the medical staffs work to save them
My mom is a EMS at south metro fire
Thx
Oh jesus fucking christ with that beard. Next.
Get a shave or get a new job.

Currently in a rad tech program and this week was crash cart layout. I do much better with seeing it and hearing it! This was very helpful. Shared with my fellow classmates
I'm also in a rad tech program. I'm here in southern California, Loma Linda university. Goodluck, I graduate this june so best of luck to you on boards.

Are all hospital layout like this ? good video :) I like your razor joke. xD I was like what? then I look at your beard! haha
I am unsure if all hospitals crash carts have the same layout.
Ours are almost identical
@@umcmicu171 No, they are not all the same. Ours are much simpler. I see a lot of extra items that do not need to be in the cart.
They are all similar, but they do depend on where you are. Same basic layout though, meds on top, circulation, airway, etc
Awesome thanks!
