Thanks for posting this video about this beautiful little town. I came about it by accident and it's a shame to me that so few have seen it, but often that's the way it is in peculiar world of TH-cam; quality often does not translate to viewership and this is a high quality look at something that I'm sure more would find interesting if they knew it existed.

Thanks for the video. I made it as far as the ramp after Star chamber but was using my phone as a camera and torch, which meant standing in the dark to take photos. A bit creepy on my own! So now I have seen what I missed in your video.

That’s how I got my helmet. The vet down the way and I were talking and he said he had something in his shed I might like. He went in and came out with a German army helmet. I asked if he had captured it and he laughed. He said he won it playing cards. It is in with my other helmets.

That luger is absolutely superb, good find. The holster as well is a really nice piece and would look great in any display. Im awaiting my 9th deac for my collection....hopefully coming tomorrow, nothing as exotic as the P08, a yugo M53, MG42 clone....ah well it will do a job 😊

I found at an antique shop a dealer that recently put in their booth a pristine double decal Luftwaffe helmet with original unscathed paint, decals were 99..9 intact with original liner and straps with regiment stamped in the leather, can’t remember if the soldiers name was on helmet. Asked 200.00 bought it for 180. This was before 1990 and now I kick myself for getting rid of it! Great find you have there! That dealer didn’t even know what they had!
