Oh wow, that’s pro driver level! I have never seen a sub 650 hp car of any kind go that fast around the track! Especially the one that’s manual transmission!

Great car... taking that corner off the big straight at over 150 mph and braking at the 5 sign is what truly makes the car do what it does. I much prefer the GT350 to the 500 unless it had a 6 speed or 7 speed manual. Nice video too.

I had a guy come out of the pit and then zoom left right in front of me at a previous RRR event, I had to get on the brakes pretty hard, it got the heart rate going a little. I really like your line through 5, are you lightly braking at all or just scrubbing speed with turning?Edit: that's me in the Boxster at 7:42

Glad you didn't end up in the wall! I was there that weekend in my 95 Miata for my second DE ever and the instructors told us pretty much the only dangerous place to spin was coming out of 9. That's the only video I've ever seen of anyone turning left from the access road straight on to the track, haha. Nice vid!

Thanks! It was a GoPro Hero 2 set to 1080P narrow field of view. I have it mounted on the center console between my seats using a 3m adhesive mount that comes with the GoPro As far as the vette I have no idea why he was ping ponging back and forth . I think he was pretty new to the solo group and had the extreme tunnel vision going on. I got pretty tired of it and pulled the repetetive pulling up next to him waving move on the front straight to no avail LMAO .

It's perfect, enough torque to stay in 4th gear for every turn, but not too much to destabilize the car. On the front straight it is simply amazing, I definitely surprise people expecting it to be standard S54 acceleration, reaching 140 by GPS despite an early let off and braking.

Looks fast! Vt-1 with the different final drive has to be a beast!
