OMG! I have an upcoming test. I knew about this test and asked the doctor to do it. I took this test 20 years ago, but it wasn't the standard. At that time, I had chest tightness. It still feels scary.

Started benlysta last November 2023.great improvements in my health.i was reluctant to take the injections but iam glad I did.😊😊

I would love to share my diagnosis story 😊

Perfect example! Reiterate: 1. After injection is complete and you hear the second click, wait for at least 5-7 seconds before pulling it out. I waited only 3 seconds and then pulled the injector out and the medicine sort of pooled (about a few drops) on my thigh, which means I pulled the injector out too soon and the medicine was still going in. 2. I would make SURE that I wait for at least 30 minutes before administering the shot. My shot going in was 🥶 cold as heck right at 30 minutes. 3. Don't get spooked right before your first injection hearing that the shot burns going in. It does burn a bit initially. The burning for me subsided 3 seconds after the start of injection. I do wonder if the shot doesn't burn as much if it were not so cold. 4. I found that NOT pinching my skin and injecting with my stomach or thigh skin flat was most comfortable for me, but I would say that with each individual person this may vary. I would recommend trying it both ways.

I really enjoyed the replay. Her experience sounds like my experience. I was diagnosed at 52 but definitely had signs and symptoms on and off for years. Peace and Blessings

hopefully you feel better soon ER trips really suck listen to your body try to drink as much water as you can dont force yourself to overdrink just do the best you can. just try to relax keep it off your mind youll get through it i promise

take cranberry pills or eat dried cranberries that helps

drink cranberry juice/water stay hydrated ive had utis a few times it will flush it out

Almost to my 4th week injection for Benlysta. I don’t don’t don’t like the autoinjector. I can give an sub q injection relatively painlessly if I’m in control of it. Hoping they’ll switch me to the syringe. But it works for the most part at getting my B cells to chill out and not attack healthy tissue. And it doesn’t make me violently sick like imuran did. So 🎉

Hi there,I've been curious how your health is. Sounds like we are all going through it. I have the same issues with the ER and learned new nurses start in ER makes sense. I got my port 11 months ago best decision I ever made. Nurse messed up the first one and I had to go back in that incision for a second one. I'm praying for you,we chronic illness warriors can't catch a break. I have problems holding my arms straight up like just heavy-do you experience that? 🙏

Hello this Rita just wanted to give you a update on my first Round of infusion was Oct4th it wasn’t so bad but afterwards I was really tired and drain I go back Nov 1st I still hurt but I know it has to take it’s course but so far so good ❤❤❤
